The plant shall be manufactured with leading parameters as per Schedule-I of section V of attached specification with this tender. For basic design feature of the machine/plant refer clause 1 of section V of technical specification and its sub clauses, for general electrical specification (equipment design) refer clause 2 of section V of technical specification and for general characteristic refer clause 3 of section V of technical specification. The scope of supply includes all the concomitant accessories/equipments as detailed in pera 3.2 of section IV of specification . It shall also include installation and commissioning of related equipment, training of personnel in operation and maintenance of machine and supply of technical documentation. In addition to above, it alos includes cost of Preventive Maintenance during 1st&2nd year of Warranty Period, which will be inclusive of all spares, material and labour cost. All maintenance consumables like lubricants and grease except hydraulic oil / plant coolants shall form part of the scope of the preventive maintenance during the warranty.
