7Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
8Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.
9Taking down existing electric steel pole 11 / 9 meter longincluding demolition of existing concrete for pole foundation, making good disturbed surface and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.
10Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, type 410 SP 55 (Overall length 11.00 meter) conforming to IS-2713 (Part 1 to 3) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, screws. Pole shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous throughout internally and externally upto planting depth and the remaining external portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer, including painting of red & white alternate strips of 30cm each externally from ground level upto 1.2m with synthetic enamel paint, numbering of poles complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)
11Disconnetcing electric cable from pole / transformer in any position and taking up or down unserviceable underground cable, trenching out cable by manual digging in any location of size 95 Sqmm to 150 Sqmm and finding of fault by visual check or by cable fault locator, meggering the cable with 11 KV megger and filling of cable end / straight through joints if required and reconnecting in same position complete all as specified andas directed. (Note: Cable end / Straight through joints and other accessories will measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule.)
12Taking up / down unserviceable underground cable , 11000 volts grade of size 95/120 Sqmm, 3 core from trenches, ducts, floor, pipes and removing materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule.)
13Supply, laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated (Earthed) cable in trenches / or fixed on pole etc in screenedPVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded alluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm, 3 core, Confirming to IS-7098 (Part-II) 1985 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, sand cushioning, Precast Cable coverwill be measured and paid separately under respective item.
14Supply, laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated (Earthed) cable in trenches / or fixed on pole etc in screenedPVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded alluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, Confirming to IS-7098 (Part-II) 1985 complete all as specified and as directed. 15Supply, install, testing and commissioning of lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with all fitings, transmission class, discharge capacity minimum 65 KA suitable for working voltage of11000 Volts including all necessary fittings all as per IS-3070 Part-III and IEC 1994including dismantling of old unserviceable lightening arrester complete all as specified and as directed.
16Dismantling of corroded / rusted / defective cross arms of mild steel channel / angle of any section complete all as specified and directed.
17Material and labour for Cross arm bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
18Dismantling of old unserviceable insulator, any type / size complete all as specified and directed.
19Supply and fixing Disc type polymer insulator with hardware fittings, ball and socket type,70KN disc assembly for working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

21Material and labour for loop type insulator, vitreous, pocelain, white brown or green, large size with overall dimension 90 x 140 mm, clearence of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and directed.
22Dismantling of old unserviceable damaged stay assembly embedded in concrete including demolition of PCC complete all as specified and directed.
23Supply and fixing stay assembly with using 20 mm diameter of stay rod complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 all as specified and directed.(Note: loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete shall be measured and paidseparately)

31Material and labour for anti climbing device, spike type fabricated from structural steel comprising of MS flat 20 mm x 6 mm MS round bar pointed 8 mm dia, 20 cm length welded on MS flat fixed with nuts, bolts, washers and welding with and including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including taking down old unserviceable device complete all as specified and directed.
32Supply and fixing Danger notice plate of 25x20cm size and 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters(Local & Hindi language), figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT pole including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.
33Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised iron of 32X6mm diaby means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009)including taking down old unserviceable GI plate and earth lead complete including testing on completion including testing on completion including taking out unserviceable earthing plate and accessories all as specified and as directed. (Note: The rate Earth lead upto 7.50 metere from earth plate shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

35Disconnecting all electrical connection from Air break Switch (GOD) vertical / Horizontal type of any capacity, cleaning all parts and applying jelly / greasing to all moving parts for smooth functioning including replacement of unserviceable parts like post insulator, Male / Female contact, DO fuses, GOD handles, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Spares as required for replacement shall be measured and paid under relevant item of schedule as supply only.)
36Supply only brass terminal plate for mounting male contact of air break switch insulator including GI nuts, bolts and washers etc as required complete all as specified and directed.
37Supply only male contact for air break switch complete all as specified and directed.
38Supply only female contact for air break switch complete all as specified and directed.
39Supply only pin/ post insulator for air break switch with metal part suitable for HT 11 KV conforming to IS-5572-1972 complete all as specified and directed.
40Supply only DO set with polymer insulator suitable for HT 11 KV with metal part conforming to IS-5572-1972 complete all as specified and directed.
41Supply only high conductivity copper wire mesh jumper 200 Amps rating for air break switch 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.
42Supply only drop out fuses top / bottom contactcomplete all as specified and directed.
43Supply only GOD operating mechanism with GI tube of 40 mm with drilled hole to mount and fix on two / four pole structure with operating handle duly fixed with HT 11 KV grade insulator, horizontal / Vertical type completeincluding nuts and bolts and removing the unservicveable items all as specified and directed.
44Cutting / trimming of only tree branches and creepers and ensure 1.5 m clearence which are touching of overhead lines / poles between the tree and over head lines and poles on all direction and disposal of waste timber and tree branches at a distance n.exc. 50 mtrs without dismantling / damaging of ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.
45Tightening and straightening of HT / LT overhead line of ACSR conductor / GI wire of any size and span by disconnecting and removing from insulators and tightning the conductor by using rope, chain pulley block etc and binding the conductor on insulators with and including binding wire and jumpers of ACSR complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Each run of conductor to be measured separately for payment purpose)
46Disconnecting electrical connection, dismantling and taking down old unserviceable ACSR jumpers (PVC insulated / bare conductor) any size and type including supply and fixing of new jumpers with PVC insulated 12 KV volt grade ACSR upto 1.5 metre length and winding with insulators or ACSR conductor with suitable size wire complete all as specified and directed.
47Removal of unwanted grass, plants and vegetations from E/M installationsincluding surface dressing and removal of grass, plants and vegetations from site not less than 50 mtr from starting point complete all as specified and directed.
48Dismantling existing OH lines from existing poles, HT OH ACSR conductor 11 KV grade complete all as specified and directed.
49Supply and fix 11 KV HT overhead lines on 11 meters steel poles with XLPE insulated Aerial Bunched cable 3 Core x95 Sqmm + 1 x70 Sqmm conforming to IS 7098-2complete all as specified and directed.
50Disconnecting / dismantling in position for minor servicing / overhaul of 11 KV distribution transformer 100 KVA to 400 KVA capacity for any type of leakage / defect at LT / HT bushing, gasket, drain plug etc after disconnecting of electrical supply and earth connection, drain out transformer oil and keeping in closed container for re-use including dehydration to achive desired di-electric strength, lifting / removing of top cover of transformer if require, reassembling of transformer with new gasket set assembly, replacement of consumer oil tank, nuts, bolts and washers as required at site, refilling of transformer oil if required, topping up with new transformer oil complete after electric connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) If retrived transformer oil"s di-electric strength isless than 40 KV then it will be dehydtared and in case of deficiency the same will be made up with new transformer oil and again tested for BDV value of the oil. (ii) Cost of dehydration of existing oil is considered to be inclusive in quoted rate and new oil will be measured and paid separately. (ii) If any minor items is required for smooth functioning of transformer including general cleaning of surrounding area and equipement also the cost of the same will be deemed to beincluded in the quoted rates.(iii) If any minor items is required for smooth functioning of transformer including general cleaning of equipment, the cost of the same will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) HT / LT bushing will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.(v) Gasket set shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.)
51Material & Labour for disconnecting electric supply, earth and neutral connection of transformer upto 160 KVA, 11KV/440 Volts, outdoor type distribution transformer and removing the cables/conductor from both LT& HT side and transport the transformer to workshop for servicing/repairs by dismantling the top portion of the transformer, draining the transformer oil, dismantling and removing the HT and LT bushes, lifting the HV and LV winding with crane, cleaning the deposited slurry/mud at bottom of the tank, removing the unserviceable silica gel etc complete and assemble the complete parts of the transformer, refilling with new transformer oil and install its original position/location after service /repair and connecting the HT, LT side, earth and neutral connection including installation, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (a) The quoted rates are deemed to be included thefollowing provisions: (i) All the T&P required for disconnection, connection, arrangement of transportation and crane for loading and unloading, required manpower including necessary petty items like bolts, nuts etc will be arranged by the contractor. (ii) Keeping the HV and LV winding with care in electrical oven for 72 hours to improve the insulation. (iii) New Transformer oil will be measured and paid separately under serial item No. 55. (b)The required spare parts such as HV/LV winding, transformer oil shall be measured and paid at supply only rates under relevant item of schedules.
52Material & Labour for disconnecting electric supply, earth and neutral connection of transformer 200 to 400 KVA, 11KV/440 Volts, outdoor type distribution transformer and removing the cables/conductor from both LT& HT side and transport the transformer to workshop for servicing/repairs by dismantling the top portion of the transformer, draining the transformer oil, dismantling and removing the HT and LT bushes, lifting the HV and LV winding with crane, cleaning the deposited slurry/mud at bottom of the tank, removing the unserviceable silica gel etc complete and assemble the complete parts of the transformer, refilling with new transformer oil and install its original position/location after service /repair and connecting the HT, LT side, earth and neutral connection including installation, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (a) The quoted rates are deemed to be included thefollowing provisions: (i) All the T&P required for disconnection, connection, arrangement of transportation and crane for loading and unloading, required manpower including necessary petty items like bolts, nuts etc will be arranged by the contractor. (ii) Keeping the HV and LV winding with care in electrical oven for 72 hours to improve the insulation. (iii) New Transformer oil will be measured and paid separately under serial item No. 55. (b)The required spare parts such as HV/LV winding, transformer oil shall be measured and paid at supply only rates under relevant item of schedules.
53Supply and fixing air breather with silica gel (dark blue colour) suitable for outdoor type step down distributiontransformer upto 400 KVA including taking down existing old unserviceable breather from transformer. complete all as specified and as directed.
54Disconnecting HT / LT side electrical connection carefully of 11 KV / 433 volt step down transformer of any capacity, draining out and refilling of existing transformer oil after filtration, dehydration and measuring the di-electric strength which should not be less than 40 KV including reinstallation of transformer satisfactorily on its original position, connecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.
55Material and filling / topping up of new transformer oil having di-electric strength not less than 50 KV complete including centrifuging of oil (if required) up to getting di-electric strength near 60 KV complete all as specified and directed.
56Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable dial type temperature gauge and supply and fix new dial type temperature gauge having range 0 to 100 degree centigrade complete all as specified and directed.
57Material and labour forloose filling with graded coarse stone aggregate 40 mm for outdoor type substation not exceeding 150 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.
58Shifting of transformer 11/0.433 KVA to a distance not more than 5.00 KM from power house / any other place to required place including disconnecting all electrical connection and making all electrical connection after shifting and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Required T&P, vehicle labours and technician deemed to be include in the quoted rate.
59Material and labour for painting of 11 KV distribution transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 400 KVA with synthetic enamel paint, two coats by spray paintingapproved colour after scrapping of old paint, cleaning of all rusted portion surface including sign writing i.e MES No. Make, Capacity etc complete all as specified and directed.
60Supply only silica gel (dark blue colour) of good quality complete complete all as specified and directed.
61Supply only gasket of any size transformer of any capacitycomplete all as specified and directed. .
62Material and labour for rewinding of LT / HT side by using super enamelled copper winding material as per relevant IS and original gauge / data including insulating materials such ascotton tape, packing and sleeves etc varnishing by vaccum impregnation and baking of coil core assembly for copper wound transformer upto 400 KVAcomplete all as specified and directed. .
63Material and labour for replacement of brass terminal rod with nuts, bolts, washers and bushings suitable for HT side of the transformer of any make and capacity from 63 to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
64Material and labour for replacement of brass terminal rod with nuts, bolts, washers and bushings suitable for LT side of the transformer of any make and capacity from 63 to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
65Material & Labour for Repair/Maint of the OH circuit breaker (RMU 11 KV, 630 Amps, SF-6 enclosed and outdoor type 06 Nos.) by authorised Rep of OEM (ABB), the repair/maint includes calibration/setting of OC/EF relay as per peak load of the feeder, servicing of mechanical system, bus bar, CTs with internal wiring of control panels, indicators, tripping system, auto close of motors etc including greasing of all components and removing all types of dust and settled dirt by means of required T & P complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (a)The authorised rep of original equipment of manufacturer will visit immediately after issue of workorder and the servicing/calibration record will be maintained and kept at HT installation site duly signed by all concerned. (b) The contractor is liable to carry out the reapir/test at site. (c) The RMUs shall be sealed properly from bottom to prevent entry of rats and other insects by using necessary packing.
66Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for PCC for pole / mass concrete / foundation filling complete all as specified and directed.
