Cement Concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm size hard crusher broken chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting and laying compacting watering curing including cost, conveyance, royalties taxes of all materials etc. completed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete work of M20 grade using 20 mm and down graded size hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting and laying all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalties,Tools and Plants, water for curing etc all complete as per OPWD specification required for the work to finished items of work.

Requirement of HYSD rod and labour for cutting, bendind, binding, straighting, and laying the grills and placing in positions including cost of rod & bind wire 18 to 20 gauge

Rigid and smooth centring and shuttering C.C. work in foundation, plinth band and footing bases of columns. Pre cast slabs etc including false work and dismantling then after casting including cost of materialscomplete in ground floor.
