A Set Value And Real Time Value Of Different Parameters Like Press Load, Feed Length, Crank Angle, Intake Current By Main Motor Is To Be Displayed On Hmi Unit During The Operations. X ) Ambient Condition: 45˚C, Rh: 95% Max. Xi ) Machine Should Be Energy Efficient, Maintaining Power Factor Of More Than 0.9 And Should Comply With Bee Guidelines. Xii ) Anti-Vibration Pads For Base Of The Machine Must Be Supplied By The Firm, If Required. 14. Spares: I ) The Machine Should Supply With The Required Tool Set For Cutting Of Blanks. Ii ) Firm Should Quote For The List Of Spares With Price Valid For Next 2 ( Two ) Years. It Will Not, However, Be Considered While Deciding L1 Firm. Iii ) Firm Should Commit To Supply With Same Price Within 2 ( Two ) Years As And When The Purchase Order Is Placed On The L1 Firm By Igm Kolkata.
