| 26 | Modification/Fabrication of carrier Module This job includes modification/fabrication of the rear load body of the vehicle built on chassis and duly reinforced so as to accommodate the 25 KV DG set and other tools & tackles to be installed independently on vehicle floor/wall. The job is to be carried out by way of iron posts/braces at regular intervals of 02 ft, the exterior covered with 2mm thick MS sheet & inner lining in 2 mm thick MS sheet (welded/riveted as required with special emphasis on the aesthetic/ergonomic aspect of the module both). The floor shall be reinforced with 1 mm thick checkered aluminum sheet lining over the 4 mm M.S floor sheet. The cargo body is to be provided with service door at rear end of the vehicle a working bench with at least 4 no drawers. The electric wiring properly insulated clipped and contained in proper conduits /loom along with sufficient no of heavy duty sockets, interior lighting points and a telescopic lighting tower for execution of external works. The vehicle shall be provided with Heating system having vent system in BOTH cabin and cargo body. The cargo body is to be painted in approved brand synthetic enamel in three coats, both on the inner and outer side of the cargo and also includes writing of the departmental letters in Urdu & English on either side as per the instructions of the site engineer.
