Wall openings <(>&<)> closing wherever required will be in vendor’s scope 3. Lifting and shifting of machines from fire station <(>&<)> security station 4. Scaffolding will be in vendors scope if required 6. All Job-related Manpower supply by vendor. 7. Disposal of debris after work will be vendor scope at location informed by the AM/NS 8. All materials come under vendor’s scope; Specification will be shared for rest of the material in SPRs. 9. Materials should be got approved from AM/NS before using at site. 11. One experienced supervisor who knows the job must be deputed for supervision on the repair works. In case of non-compliance suitable deductions will be made from the bill. 12. All job-related Necessary material will be supplied by Vendor. 13. All required resources provided by vendor. 14. Vendor will follow all process of safety <(>&<)> Security, while making gate pass and during the work execution as per AMNS norms. 15. Rate will be on job basis subject to quality of work being certified by the committee formed to inspect the work 16. Quality of work will be certified by area in charge with sectional in charge by physical verification 18. Incase if anything happens during warranty period after completion of work, vendor will arrange the repairs with no additional cost to AMNS. 20. All materials are subject to inspection and approval of AM/NS. AM/NS shall reserve the right to reject any material when found not in conformity with specifications and terms and conditions of the Work Order in all respect AMNS Scope: Power and water at single point location will be in AMNS Scope
