1Description of items and specification ofwork to be excuted.
2Making the area workable by clearing weeds including removal of vegetation, grass, shrubs, bushes and disposalof rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc complete.
3Exposing the buried structure by way of carefully digging/clearance of debris to avoid any damage to the underneath structure including sorting out of serviceable material/structure stone member and disposal of debris within a lead of 100mtr to a place as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.
4Removal/taking out the dead weathered/cracked/damaged Plaster of thickness average (25-30)mm of side walls and on top of Temple then disposal of the unserviceable material with lead upto 100mts and lift upto 3mtr etc complete to a place as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.
5Removal/Taking out the cracked, dead and decayed lime concrete avg. depth of 120 to 150mm & disposal of malba by head load upto 100mts etc complete.
6Removal/taking out stone rubble masonry manually including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
7Careful removal of out of plumb/ hanging / disturbed / stone beam, brackets/ capital, pillar members, dasa stone etc by appropriate techniques i.e using Derrik pole with chain pully including stacking them properly and numbering them etc very carefully to avoid any mishappening and without causing any damage to the stone members/ beam/ structure etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.
8Resetting the old available stone members like bracket, lintel, column, capital, dasa stone, etc using S.S. Anchoring Pins, S.S. Dowels, Epoxy solution and a thin layer of lime paste in between each stone member to prepare a smooth base for placing the stone members above them etc complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.
9Taking out, Lowering down and replacing the old broken/cracked/missing chajja stones by providing & fixing 50mm thick average thickness (Spotless Red sandstone from Bansi Pahadpur colour matching the original) including making the grooves & joints and interlocking with S.S. Rod (Nails) and anchoring pin with lime mortar (1 Lime : 1 Brick Surkhi : 1 C. Sand from Banas River with less than 8% clay) mortar to be prepared in garath as per the original etc complete as per instructions given by engineer-in-charge. (Note: Sample of Stone to be approved from Circle Office prior to execution of work)
10Providing & Fixing of Stone Pillars (Spotless Red sandstone from Bansi Pahadpur colour matching the original 0.28x0.28x1.63m) including fine dressing with carrying, molding design and fixing in rich mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 C. Sand from Banas River with less than 8% clay) mortar to be prepared in garath mixed with adhesive material like gud, belgiri, gond etc with clamping/anchoring with 16mm Square S.S. Rod (Nail) with filling with epoxy resin complete in all respect including lifting with help of chain pulley/jack & keeping all at their proper place with lead approx 100mtr etc complete as per instructions given by engineer-in-charge. (Note: Sample of Stone to be approved from Circle Office prior to execution of work)
11Providing & Fixing of Stone Capital with 2 & 4 faces, Lower Bracket, Upper Bracket, Key Stone etc (Spotless Red sandstone from Bansi Pahadpur colour matching the original of different sizes 0.60x0.60x0.22m , 0.60x0.30x0.22m , 0.37x0.37x0.31m , 0.38x0.38x0.18m , 0.25x0.35x0.30m , etc) including fine dressing with carrying, molding design and fixing in rich mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 C. Sand from Banas River with less than 8% clay) mortar to be prepared in garath mixed with adhesive material like gud, belgiri, gond etc with clamping/anchoring with 16mm Square S.S. 12Providing & Fixing of Stone Beam and dasa stone (Spotless Red sandstone from Bansi Pahadpur colour matching the original of different sizes 0.23x0.27x2.70m , 0.80x0.60x0.13m etc) including fine dressing with carrying, molding to size and fixing in rich mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 C. Sand from Banas River with less than 8% clay) mortar to be prepared in garath mixed with adhesive material like gud, belgiri, gond etc with clamping/anchoring with 16mm Square S.S. Rod (Nail) with filling with epoxy resin complete in all respect including lifting with help of chain pulley/jack & keeping at their proper place with lead approx 100mtr etc complete as per instruction given by engineer-in-charge. 13Providing & Fixing of 70-75mm avg. thick new Dhaab Stone (Spotless Red Sandstone from Bansi Pahadpur matching the original) with S.S. Rod Nail (304 Grade) clamping for joining each other with traditional mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime : 1 Surkhi :1 C. Sand from Banas River with less than 8% clay) mortar to be prepared in garath using adhesive material like gud, belgiri, gond etc and making the outer face design as per original with lead upto 100mtr etc complete as per instructions given by engineer-in-charge. (Note: Sample of Stone to be approved from Circle Office prior to execution of work)
14Random Rubble Stone Masonry with lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime: 1 Surkhi : 1 C. Sand from Banas River with less than 8% clay) mortar to be prepared in garath mixed with traditional cohesive material i.e. Belgiri, Gum, Gud in collecting/new stones as per original matching etc complete.
15Providing and fixing stone slab (Spotless Red sandstone from Bansi Pahadpur matching the original) as per matching the original in ceiling etc with fine chiseled in proper shape and size fixed with lime mortar 1:1:1 (1Lime: 1 Surkhi : 1 Coarse Sand from Banas River with less than 8% clay) mortar to be prepared in garath including filling the joints with mortar etc complete as per the directions given by engineer-in-charge. (Note: Sample of stone has to be approved by Circle Office prior to the execution of work)
16Providing and laying lime concrete with 50% composite mortar 1:1:1 lime mortar (1lime : 1surkhi : 1coarse sand from Banas River with less than 8% clay) mortar to be prepared in garath and 10-20mm down gauge brick aggregate including ramming, compacting and curing etc complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.
17Re-plastering of (25 to 30mm) average thick in three coat with lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime : 1 C.Sand from Banas River with less than 8% clay : 1 Surkhi) mortar to be prepared in garath mixed with traditional adhesive material that is belgiri, gud, gond etc as per design/texture & top of wall etc complete in all respect.
18Providing & laying the 3mm thick lime punning with special mortar with lime, gum, jute, urad dal, seashells, & marble dust of similar to original & preparing the surface for lime punning complete in all respect as per directions given by engineer-in-charge
19Recess pointing on R.R. Stone Masonry of the structure with lime mortar 1:1:1 (1lime : 1c.sand : 1brick surkhi) mortar to be prepared in garath mixed with adhesive material after raking out the joints and clearing them of old mortar etc complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.
20Disposal of unwanted waste material / malba received from the site during the work (after stacking and measuring) by manual/mechanical transportation upto lead of 2 km from working site for site clearance and good appearance etc complete, area to be specified by engineer-in-charge. (Note - It is for estimate purpose only actual qty. will be measured and recorded during execution of the work)
21Erection of metallic/tubular scaffolding (cup & lock type M.S. tubes, M.S. Challies, M.S. Clamps) consisting of two rows of vertical secured or linked together with horizontal and diagonal bracing and connecting to the structure at convenient point for better stability surrounding the structure and propping of critical areas to provide effective supports before commencement of taking out/ dismantling operations with essential safety features (safety belt and helmet etc) for the workers etc complete..
22Providing water tanker 5000 ltr capacity for masonry work and curing purpose.
