5Supplying, fabricating, erecting, placing and fixing in position M.S. structural works using rolled/ built up sections for truss, claddings, bracings, purlins, supporting frames made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates, flats, bars etc. including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates, including bolts, theading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. includingpreparation of detailed fabrication drawings & submission to the Engineer-in-Charge for approval before start of fabrication, supplying & applying painting with two coats of epoxy paint "EPILUX 155 High Build Enamel over a coat of "EPILUX 610" Primer of M/s BERGER or any other approved equivalent make as per manufacturer’s recommendation, complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding the cost of concrete work).
6Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. [Note: This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done]
7Supplying and using water proofing compound like CICO, PUDDLE or any other approved brand with Cement Plaster/ CC/ RCC complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
8Providing & fixing galvanized chicken wire net 20 Gauge, 20 mm mesh size in plastering work at the junction of RCC Columns/ Beams & brickwork as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
9Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of first quality conforming to IS:15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/ sq.m. including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.(Make :Johnson or Equivalent)
10Providing and fixing first quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/sq.m., including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.(Make :Size 600*300 Johnson or Equivalent)(Spacer to be used as per EIC Direction)
11Providing and fixing white vitreous china extended wall mounting water closet of size 780x370x690 mm of approved shape including providing & fixing white vitreous china cistern with dual flush fitting, of flushing capacity 3 litre/ 6 litre (adjustable to 4 litre/ 8 litres), including seat cover, and cistern fittings, nuts, bolts and gasket etc. complete.

13Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
14Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content :. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre
15Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats(Make Asian Apocolite or Equivalent)
16Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)
17Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
18Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm
