Tender For Enagagement Of 23T Farana F15 Crane 1 2000145778 10 10 10 DEPLOYMENT OF HYDRA CRANE. 9 MON 20 OVERTIME CHARGE FOR HYDRA 150 H Email : JITENDRAKUMAR.PATRA@AMNS.IN Contact : Name : Jitendra Kumar Patra Item Details : SCOPE OF WORK FOR ENGAGEMENT OF 23T FARANA F15 CRANE Age of crane: 0-3 years Period of Contract: 12 months Scope of work: • A well condition new generation 23T crane should be engaged at Pellet Plant 1<(>&<)>2 for various job. • If equipment goes under maintenance, contractor shall provide alternate equipment for job. If not, M/s AMNS has the right to engage equipment on its own and shall deduct the whole amount (of that period) from running bills from vendor. • The equipment should have all valid documents required as per government regulations like RC book, fitness certificate, PUC under mv act, insurance coverage, form 10 (third part load certificate prescribed under the rule 60). The supplier must provide photocopies of the same. • The operators shall have valid license for operating the equipment. The vendor to provide photocopies of the same. • The operator should wear proper PPEs at the time of entering shop floor/plant, if any violation found, serious action/penalty shall be imposed. • The equipment shall be provided with operators having valid HMV license and minimum 3 years’ experience in HMV. • The contractor shall make available his equipment in good condition during normal working hours. In case the condition of the equipment is unacceptable as declared by user, the same should be replaced. • All maintenance expenses shall be borne by the contractor. • Breakdown hours must be informed to the user/ in-charge concerned. In case proper intimation is not provided by the supplier/operator, the decision of user/in-charge of amns shall be considered final. • Working hours should be 08 hours excluding lunch hour. • Lunch hour allowed 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm (1 hour). • Daily reporting to be done at morning 8.30 am and leaving time should be 5.30 pm. • If required, the hydra must stay after 5.30 pm. • Hydra should be present all 365 days without any fail. • If for any reason crane or operator absent, vendor must provide alternate immediately without any fail. • Daily log sheet to be maintained and mandatory to take approve on log sheet of respected site engineer of AM/NS. • All maintenance job should have done with alternative hydra. Contractor’s scope: • PPEs, all fitness certificates, crane, well experienced operator, diesel, lubrication & maintenance.
