Providing scaffolding arrangement for renewal / rectification works in flue gas duct portions from APH hopper up to Mechanical hopper area and ID fan to Chimney interconnection duct MEJ area. Including cost of consumables and T&P’s.

Cutting and removal of heavily eroded duct plates (multilayer) in duct parent plate area, transporting & devoluting scrap to central stores/NCTPS-I. Including cost of consumables and T&P’s.

Transporting of 6mm M.S./Checkered plates, cutting into required size, leading, lifting, positioning on the eroded top portions of the duct wall after removal of wornout patch plates above 1.5 meter level and welding the same from APH hopper up to Mechanical hopper area and IDfan to Chimney interconnection duct MEJ area. Including cost of consumables and T&P’s. (The required materialwill be supplied by ANGEDDCO)

Removing the existing eroded duct supports and transporting of new pipes / Angle from stores, cutting into required size leading, lifting, positioning and welding at from APH hopper up to Mechanical hopper area and ID fan to Chimney interconnection duct MEJ area. Including cost of consumables and T&P’s. (The required material will be supplied by TANGEDDCO)

Renewal / Rectification of metallic expansion joints above Mechanical hopper (A & B): Size – 4654 x 2696 x 186 mm, style #01 – FS: Work involves arresting the upstream and downstream of duct, cutting and removal of existing eroded cover plate and metallic expansion joints and gauching. Leading, lifting, positioning of new expansion joint, aligning with the duct channeland complete welding. (The required materialwill be supplied by TANGEDDCO)

Renewal / Rectification of metallic expansion joints in inter connection duct of ID fan to chimney after GG 16 gate : Size – 3062 x 4054 x 272 mm, style #02 – FS : Work involves arresting the upstream and downstream of duct, cutting and removal of existing eroded cover plate and metallic expansion joints and gauching. Leading, lifting, positioning of new expansion joint, aligning with the duct channel and complete welding. (The required material will be supplied by TANGEDDCO)
