Supply, Installation, testing, trial run and commissioning of 10 hp Submersible Pumpset coupled with electric motor suitable for handling fresh and silty water with rpm 960 or less. The material of construction of the casing shall be Cast Iron, impeller and shaft in SS of suitable grade. Delivery pipe shall be of heavy duty flexible hose of 150mm Ø of 10 m length. The prime mover for the pump should be 3 phase totally Enclosed Water Cooled Motor conforming to IS325/1978, energy efficient EEFF1/IE2ratings suitable for 415V-15 + 6%, 50 Hz +/- 5% connection with “F” class insulation, 10mm 3 core wire 15m as per site condition, meter board with fuse as per KSEB specifications and Electrical Inspectorate norms pre-fabricated closed type control panel board completely wired and fitted with fully automatic Star-Delta starter, main switch with ISI mark, Ammeter, Volt meter, selector switch ,VSS indicating lamps RYB 32x415 V fuse, HRC fuse, ELCB, suitable capacitor, SPP fuse neutral link, 2 Nos of earth fit suitable for motor as per KSEB specification ,with all necessary protection units and instrumentation, SS rope, PVC fittingsThe rate quoted should inclusive all the charges for supply, installation including petty civil works, trial run and commissioning, all type of transportation and conveyance, loading and unloading charges, factory testing etc. excluding GST
