6	Fitting fixing of the above supplied bearings, water thrower, gland packing and replacement of gasket of the casing & placement of the top Casing by supplying of necessary nuts. bolts, coupling, alignment, leveling including testing & commissioning all complete up to the entire satisfaction of the EIC.
7	Supply & delivery at site of following items for the 200kW HSC panel (pump no.-2 & pumpno. -5) :-
8	SMPS for Power Supply [Make : Mean Well, Model : LRS 100-24]
9	Control Circuit Board [Make : ABB, Model : PSPCB-LV\T PST(B) LV]
10	SMPS for Power Supply [Make : Mean Well, Model : LRS 100-24]
11	Fitting fixing of the above supplied SMPS for power supply & control circuit board in Soft Stater Panel after dismantling & disconnecting of defective SMPS & Control Circuit Board and reconnecting all electrical power lines including testing & commissioning all complete up to the entire satisfaction of the EIC.
12	Supply, delivery & fitting-fixing of 50 sq. mm E16 Lugs (6 nos.) [Make : Dowel, Model: RS-7139] ring type at 132kW HSC (C/W)to motor end of Pump No. 1 for Nabadiganta & Solder pasting GTZ (Make : Dowells) hydraulic crimpingfor socketing by using necessary kits all complete as per direction of EIC.
13	Supply, delivery & fitting-fixing of 50 sq. mm E16 Lugs (6nos.) [Make : Dowel, Model: RS-7142] ring type at 132kW HSC (C/W) to motor end of Pump No. 2 for Nabadiganta & Solder pasting GTZ (Make : Dowells) hydraulic crimpingfor socketing by using necessary kits all complete as per direction of EIC.
14	upply, delivery & fitting-fixing of 50 sq. mm E16 Lugs (6 nos.) [Make : Dowel, Model: RS-7139] ring type at 132kW HSC (C/W)to motor end of Pump No. 3 for Nabadiganta & Solder pasting GTZ (Make : Dowells) hydraulic crimpingfor socketing by using necessary kits all complete as per direction of EIC.
15	Cleaning of DN450 Acutuator Butterfly Valve (for Pump No. 1, 2 & 5) and servicing with BPMTO Oil and replacing acuator bushing high testion solt, machining, threading all complete with limit setting including testing & commissioning to the entire satisfaction of the EIC.
16	Deputation of Service Technicians along with helper for thorough checking at Starter end and then opening of Terminal Box of the160KW Vertical Turbine Pump motor (Pump No. 3), Raw Water, Phase-II to detect fault for necessary repairing all complete as per direction of EIC.
17	Supply & delivery at site of following items for the 160kW VT Pump motor (Raw Water Pump) :-
18	Terminal Block (for 160kW Motor as per existing sample)
19	185 sq. mm. Cu. Flat long lug [Make : Dowells , Model : CEB-28]
20	Fitting fixing of the 2 nos. Motor Terminal block along with Lugs by socketing after fitting fixing using Lugs Paste, Hydraulic Crimping including testing & commissioning all complete up to the entire satisfaction of the EIC.
