Safely loading, unloading, shifting of the structural materials, structure, spares, equipment, consumables within AMNSI, Hazira plant-A and plant-B, Rockwell Yard etc. premises. 2. Manpower with all kinds of lifting tools, tackles, machines and riggering accessories and related tools are in vendor’s scope of work. 3. Vendor has to shift/load/unload all material in the designated location given by the Incharge. 4. All shifting vehicle (required suitable mobile crane, Farana, trailer, man lifter) is in vendors scope of work with diesel <(>&<)> operator. 5. Operators shall be skilled in their job and have related job experience. in case of operator non-availability (sick/ leave), suitable replacement needs to be arranged with compliance of AMNS gate pass. proper maintenance of all vehilcles are for reliable operation will be vendor’s priority. 6. Only authorised and approved make consumables, lifting tools and tackles, cranes, trailers etc. to be used. 7. Incase of any maintenance of any vehicle will be under vendor’s scope. vendor must ensure compliance of all statutory liabilities like form-10 for load test from competent agency, RTO, sales tax, road permit, vehicle full insurance, PUC etc. as per all legal requirement to be followed by vendor (which ever is applicable). 8. Toolbox talk and work permit is mandatory before starting any kind of jobs. 9. Work at height permit is mandatory above 1.8 mtrs. vendor has to ensure medical condition of manpower and safety of their manpower. 10. Vendor shall ensure supply and uses of necessary approved PPEs to onsite working staff. safety, medical, gate pass to be done by vendor and providing of documents (id proof, wc policy) for gate pass procedure. 11. Contractor shall ensure that manpower working in the area is medically fit to ensure timeliness of the job to complete in a safe manner. 12. Adherence of safety norms of AMNS upstream projects is mandatory. 13. All required check lists to be maintained and approved before starting the job as per AMNS safety norms. 14. Proper housekeeping being done by vendor and checked/ approved by site in charge. 15. Total job duration to complete the work- by or before 5 months 16. Maximum single lift of the load to be considered as 10 ton, to decide and estimate the mobile cranes requirement by vendor. 17. For execution of above work will be intimated before 24 hrs. 2) Scope of work for AM/NS. • Area identification for shifting material at HSM2 <(>&<)> Central Store. • Power sources to be provided from nearby location (If required) Item Note :
