    Tender For Ttps - Es - Em I – Replacement Of 3 Nos 3970A, 12.96V, 10 Cum / Hr Capacity Electrolytic Cells By New Cells In Hydrogen Plant I. ; 1 Loading, Transporting And Unloading Of New Electrolytic Cell From Central Stores To Hydrogen Plant I. 2 Releasing Of Links, Support Insulators, Inter Connected Gas Liners & Links, Cooling Water Lines Inlet & Outlet, Dm Water Inlet To Isolate The Defective Cell. 3 Lifting Of The Defective Cell From Bed And Unloading At Convenient Place. 4 Lifting Of The New Cell And Placing It On The Bed. 5 Restoration Of The Links, Support Insulator, Inter Connected Gas Lines, Links, Cooling Water Inlet & Outlet, Dm Water Inlet Line. 6 Preparation Of Electrolytic Solution By Mixing Of Potassium Hydroxide Flakes With Dm Water For The Required Specific Gravity & Cooling The Solution By Spraying Cooling Water On The Tank Which Preparing And Filling Of Electrolytic Solution Into The Cell.
