Deputation of Expert Charges (Monday-Friday) Per diem charges for deputation of expert vibration analyst engaged in root cause and trouble shooting activity from 09:00 am till 06:00 pm (including one hour lunch) i.e. total 08 hrs from Monday to Friday.

Charges per day of travelPer Diem charges exclusively for the travelling days. Note: Claim for travelling day charges for one way during site visit shall be limited to only one day. No extra charges shall be admissible on account of travel during Saturday, Sunday and Holiday.Example: Expert during single site visit shall be eligible to charge 1day for arrival and 1 day for departurture on account of travelling irrespective of Saturday, Sunday and Holiday.

OT charges for Mon-Fri (Beyond 8 to 12 hours)/Upto 12 hrs on SaturdayOT charges for Mon-Friday beyond 8 normal working hours till 12 hours/upto 12 hrs for Saturday Example: For Mon - Friday normal working hours are considered from 09:00 am till 06:00 pm. Beyond 6:00 pm till 10:00 pm OT charges against the corresponding head shall be admissible.For Saturday the first 12 working hours from 9:00 am till 09:00pm; OT charges against the corresponding head shall be admissible.

OT charges for Mon-Sat (Beyond 12 till 16 hours)/All working hours of SundayOT charges for Mon-Sat (Beyond 12 till 16 hours)/All working hoursof Sunday Example: For Mon - Saturday all working hours beyond 12 hours ie. from10:00 pm till 16 hrs; OT charges against the corresponding head shall beadmissible.For Sunday all working hours; OT charges against the corresponding head shall be admissible.

Equipment Usage Charges for ADRE M/c Per diem equipment usage charges for ADRE M/c along with all other associated accessory compatible with the already installed Bentley Nevada Vibration Monitoring Systems for collection of required vibration data sets for allkind of antifriction/journal bearings covering all ranges of shaft size and variants and subsequent generation of all relevant plots.Note: Per diem usage charges shall be admissible only for the no. of working days. Travelling days shall not be considered under this head.

Report Generation ChargesReport Generation Charges Vendor post site visit completion shall prepare a detailed report. The report must include all relevant vibration plots and trends along with observations and inferences for each equipment which was diagnosed during the visit.The report shall include detailed root cause analysis pointing out allprobable sources of problem/abnormality for every equipment diagnosed and corrective recommendations to be provided in the report for further action by IOCL maintenance team. Note: Charges for generation of each report shall comprise of each site visit. In case multiple reports are generated against each equipment diagnosed during a single site visit, they shall all be considered as a single report and charges for only one report shall be billed.

To & Fro Air Fare charges from source location to BR and back atactuals.To and fro Economy air fare charges shall be reimbursed by IOCL for travelling from source to BR and back upon production of relevant documents and tickets as per actuals with an upper ceiling at the SOR rates.

To & Fro Taxi Fare from Patna Airport to Barauni Refinery and Back atactuals. Arrangement of conveyance for pickup and drop at Patna Airport to BR shall be in IOCL, BR scope. In case IOCL is unable to arrange the vehicle due to limitation in resources, the same needs to be arranged by vendor and reimbursement against the same shall be made as per actuals upon submission of documentary proof.1 EA = to & fro charges from Patna Airport to BR for one site visit.

Per day Accomodation charges at actuals. Boarding and lodging at BR shall be in the scope of IOCL. In case there are no rooms available at BR Guest House, the same needs to be arranged by vendor and reimbursement against the same shall be made as per actuals upon submission of documentary proof.

Local Conveyance Charges in Barauni at actuals (From Hotel/GH to BR site and back). Daily Commute from Hotel/GH to BR site and back shall be in the scope of IOCL. In case due to limited resources arrangement is not made by IOCL,the same needs to be arranged by vendor and reimbursement against thesame shall be made as per actual after submission of documentary proof.Here 1 EA = maximum per day admissible charges for daily commute from hotel/GH to BR site and back.
