Renovation of CIdouble flanged non rising spindle type 33”dia size “Glenfield” make (Imported) suction sluice valve of 30 MGD pump set No. 8 & 9 at Kilokri New SPS as per following works:-Provision of working platform around suction valve for execute the work by labour as per requirement with the help of MS pipe sheet and allied accessories.

Dismantling and taking out damaged dome, flap and spindle of sluice valve by cutting rusted nut bolts.The job includes all labour like fitter, cutter, helper, beldar, chowkidar, supervisor, electrician and material used like cutter set with LPG oxygen cylinder safety items & other T&P required etc. alongwith transportation i/c loading and unloading complete at site of work.

Providing / Fixing of blank flange as per existing size for avoiding leakage with the help of nut bolt, washer & rubber packing

Replacement of CI flap of suction sluice with GM rings. (As per sample for set No. 9.

Replacement of SS non rising spindle with GM nut (As per sample) for set No. 8.

Casting & replacing of CI upper dome of valve as per original shape & size.

Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water main or drain. (Pumping out from sump in case of overflow).

Assembling of complete valve with each part and removal of blank flange from the dome of the valve.Job also including to providing of all nut bolts, washer, rubber packing as per site requirement with all tool & tackles, cartage & contingency etc. as per NHRC guidelines.

Testing & commissioning of sluice valve on full pressure & as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
