| 1 | Renovation of 550 HP 6.6 KV, 490 rpm, slipring, ‘Electromekano’ (Sweden) make motor coupled with 30 MGD pump set No. 8 at Kilokri New SPS as per following works:-Stator core:-Dismantling of motor, debrazing of connection joints of stator winding, dismantling of slot wedges, taking out of all the old coils from the stator slots.Delocking of pressure plates.Dismantling of core punching from the stator body, straightening, smoothening of all the core punching, cleaning of old varnish chemically and phosphating treatment of all the core punching.F-Class core plate varnish coating in Automatic Varnish Coating tunnel type Temperature Controlled Convleyorised varnish coating and baking platn.HV test, scratch test and uniform thickness test on varnished and baked core punching.Assembling of core punching in stator body shell by staggering of all the stampings, repressing hydraulically, locking and hot spot testing of complete assembled stator core. |
| 2 | Rewinding of stator with new EC Grade Supper Enameled DFC H-Class varnished Conductor:-Debrazing of connections, dismantling of slot wedges, taking out of all the old coils from the stator slots.Making and forming of complete set of new coils with super enameled double fibre glass covered varnished conductor.Rewinding of stator with newly formed and tested coils.Providing and fixing of new epoxy glass slot wedges, cleats, packers, trying and lacing of coils with glass cord with each other on both the lower and upper over hang portions of winding, applying of epoxy, making and brazing of connections insulating the same with H-Class resin rich glass mica tapes, drying out and applying of jel coat epoxy by spraying to the complete stator winding, drying out and HV testing of the same. |
| 3 | Rotor:-Dismantling of motor, treading out of rotor, cleaning of rotor winding with high pressure steam, soap and DM water to removing dust chocking, opening of air ducts, high pressure cleaning to remove the water, drying out of rotor winding.Dismantling of burnt / worn out slot wedges of the rubbed portion of rotor core.Providing and fixing of new epoxy glass slot wedges, packers & sealing the same.Preheating, applying of F-Class epoxy varnish twice and baking the same.Taking of IR / PI values. |
| 4 | Cutting of both the existing old epoxy glass bends of overhang portion of rotor winding.Debrazing of old connection joints, providing & fitting of new copper lugs of both the overhang portion of rotor winding soldering of all the copper lugs with lead free high temperature holder, insulating of all the solder lugs of both the overhang portion of rotor winding.Providing both the H-Class poly glass bends on both the overhang portion of rotor winding preheating varnishing & baking. |
| 5 | Coupling Portion:-Under cutting of shaft on coupling portion.Rebuilding of shaft with suitable welding electrodes, machining & grinding by maintaining permissible limit.Making of new keyway. |
| 6 | Dynamic balancing of rotor. |
| 7 | Peeling off old / damaged insulation of 3 Nos. existing old copper flexible rods, providing of new epoxy glass insulating tube on 3 Nos. copper rods. |
| 8 | Fabrication of new epoxy glass insulating plates, bushes for insulation of both side self aligned bearing. |
| 9 | Under cutting, rebuilding of shaft on DE & NDE side of labyrinth portion with L&T make CGS 680 welding electrodes, stress relieving, machining and polishing the same as per bushes inner dia. |
| 10 | Repair of DE & NDE side white metal bushes pedestal housing:-Under cutting of white meal bush housing, rebuilding with suitable L&T make machinable CI welding electrodes, stress relieving & machining the same as per bearing OD. |
| 11 | Fabrication of 4 Nos. new cover plate of DE & NDE side, pedestal housing making new holes & threads as per original size. |
| 12 | Providing & Fixing of new slipring with carbon brushes & brush holders etc. completed. |
| 13 | Assembling of Motor:-Cleaning of all the mechanical parts, cleaning of both the end covers & mechanical parts, assembling of motor.To & Fro Transportation charges of Rotor & Stator i/c loading & unloading charges etc. |
| 14 | Testing & Commissioning on full load under the supervision of the site engineer. |
