| 3 | Setting up of TCB on Viaduct as per approved drawings & Specifications duly Designing, Fabricating & Erection of 12 Nos of 1.5T Gantries having Chain Pulley & Sling arrangement , motorised & Synchronised operation of all Slings in gantries. Gantry shall be mounted on Rail Track (Rails shall be Supplied by IRCON at Depot, TCB on Ground/Nearby Store) duly loading, transporting & lifting on to viaduct, fabrication works and fixing over concrete pedestals/wooden supports etc,. Providing & erecting 04 No of 1.5T gantries behind Flash Butt Welding Machine location on Viaduct as per Drawings & Specifications with fixing arrangements. Providing & installation of Conveyor roller arrangement for movement of Rail panels both 25m & 200m welded panels as per appoved Drawings & Specifications. Taking delivery of 02 Nos of Crossovers (1:12 or 1:18 or 1:9 type) with all accessories from IRCON Store/TCB on Ground,transportation, loading, lifting on Viaduct up to locations and fixing on both sides of TCB with all temporary supports/drilling in concrete, wooden blocks, fixing operating handle etc., complete and making it operational. Fixing of 1435mm Gauge Temporary Track with 200m Welded/Jointed Panels on One side of TCB duly lifting of Welded panels, shifting with Gantry, fixing with temporary spacers & clamps, fixing gauges as per approved drawings & specifications, drilling holes in RC Bed Concrete, clamping at Rail joints with suitable Fish Plates to ensure continuous track and its maintainance during TCB working with all Contractors Labor, Machinery, Tools & Tackles, Equipments, Fuel, Lead & Lift, ancillary works, etc., complete as directed by IRCON. NOTE: Arrangement for setting up of 04 TCB\"s at a time shall be made based on the Access provided by Client. Contractor may take away the TCB materials arranged by him after completion of works and shall be his property. |

| 14 | Destressing of CWR track as per approved methodology using Rail tensor at destressing temperature duly releasing the fastening to make free rail CWR panels, keeping them on rollers, moving the Rails & gently tapping with wooden hammers, cutting the extra length of Rails, grinding the sides and making them ready for Arc Welding to be carried out by IRCON, fixing the Track with all Fastenings etc., complete and aligning the Track to required Final Profile with Contractors all Materials, Machinery, Tools & Tackles, Labor, Rollers, Hammers, Cutting disks, generator, fuel., etc., complete and as directed by IRCON.All the relaesed naterial i.e. Rails etc shall be handed over to IRCON at designated store/ depots. This item also includes scope for achieving final track parameters as per approved drawings, specifications and methods. During this operation, adjustable pads will be provided , inserted and groutedby another agency to achieve final levels for which interfacing is required with another agency, however, primary responsibility for achieving final track parameters will be in the scope of this item. All the released Material i.e. Rails etc shall be handed over to IRCON at designated store/ depots. |
