(C) K9 DI pipe of suitable dia at MPS including welding and screwing of flanges, ISI marked DI fittings Sluice valve, non return valves as per requirements ene for bye pass arrangements complete in all respect. (D) 3 Nos. CI Gear Operated Sluice Gate with SS Spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS 304)(2 Nos. for screen and 1 no. for partition of collecting tank) as per design. (E) Supply and installation of Mechanical Coarse Bar Screens 3 nos. Average Flow:77.00 MLD, Peak flow: 173.25 MLD, Size of Channel: 1.30 m Width x 1.40 m SWD plus Freeboard, MOC: SS 304 Bar Size: 10 mm, Opening: 20 mm with Flat Belt Conveyor of size 0.60 m Wide x 5.50 m Long. i) The connecting sewer of same diameter and material of construction, laid at adequate depth between existing sewers to newly constructed structures is included in this scope of work. ii) All the infrastructure including Pump chamber of size 9.15 x 4.57 m except construction of staff quarter, boundary wall and work covered under schedule 1A and pathways / roads required to be executed at site to make the MPS functional is included in the scope of work for lump sump job. iii) All the pumping machinery, panel board, Level sensor etc. shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panels at MPS and STP site through broadband internet facility. iv) The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved structural / Hydraulic / Mechanical / Electrical design to be approved by Departmental before actual execution of work including O and M of 5 years after 12 months defect liability period and 3 months trail run period. |

(C) 2 no. High Mast of 3 mtr GI Octagonal Poe 4mm thickness (T=100mm, Base Plate - 320 x 320 x 20mm ), Window at 500mm from Base Plate with 6 no. LED energy outdoor suitable size reupted make efficient lamps on each pole, including 20 no. LED outdoor lights with GI poles 7 Mtr high including all acccessories along the road and path complete in all respect. (D) Dismantling of existing structures in the premises of proposed 77.00 MLD STP and Disposal of dismantling material and leveling of site as per satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. |
