| 2 | (a) Repair of removing & refitting of 4 wheels, hub greasing, suspension and brakes OH:(i) Engine Oil Filter(ii) Bypass Filter(iii) Diesel Oil Filter (iv) Clutch master cylender(v) Break Booster (vi) Break Pipe(vii) Supplying and filling of Engine Oil (viii) Supplying and filling of Gear Box Oil(ix) Supplying and filling of Differential Oil(x) Dismenting complete Radiator, cleaning the complete radiator and replacement of new hose connections, hose clip one set and fit to the base in original position and fill the coolant and testing complete(xi) Replacement of door foot boards left and right(xii) Removal fuel tank from vehicle cleaning and refitting the same (Total sludge have to be cleaned by using cleaning agent, painting and necessary minor welding works should be done) (xiii)Servicing of fuel pump including nozzle cleaning and testing (xiv) Complete water servicing including spraying of oil, greasing of joints, bushes, bearing etc cost and conveyance of all material and including all labour and charges etc complete. | 4 | (a).Repair and rectification:(i) Replacement of fuel injector pipe set for servicing by mechanical equipment (ii) Replacement of clutch upper cylinder(iii)Dismenting complete Radiator, cleaning the complete radiator and replacement of new hose connections, hose clip one set and fit to the base in original position and fill the coolant and testing complete(iv) Replacement the door foot boards left and right including removing the old damaged and refixing the new boards (v) Repair to suspention kit, supported bushes 1 set, center bolts 2 Nos, sims and guides of 16 Nos etc. complete (vi) Replacement of snorkel assembly in place of damaged 1 to air vent to air chamber. (vii) Replacement of silencer muffler with bolt, nuts and packing(viii) Replacement lift pump(ix) Complete electrical checking replacement of bulbs, relays, fuses, wiper arms, cutouts, necessary wiring kit etc. complete (x) Servicing of fuel pump including nozzle cleaning and testing(xi) Complete water servicing including spraying of oil, greasing in joints, bushes, bearing etc. cost and conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc. complete(xii)Mechanical and labour charges for dismantling the damage parts and refixing new parts and handedover in smooth running conditions. |

| 6 | (a) Supply and fixing in repair of following spare parts:(i) Replacement of Engine oil 8 Ltrs, engine oil filter, gear box oil 2.5 Ltrs and differential oil - 2.5 Ltr (0 1 Job)(ii) Replacement of break fluid(iii) Replacement of rear view mirror(iv) Replacement of back luggage box door lock assembly(v) Replacement coolant oil 2 Ltrs(vi) Replacement of stabilizer rod assembly both left and right(vii) Replacement of wiper blades & Arms set of 4 Nos(viii) Replacement of damage door glass lifting machine with new one and fixing of original position in working condition(ix) Replacement of manifold exhaust pipe with bolt, nuts and packing(x) Servicing of fuel pump with necessary new parts in place of damaged, fix in origianl position in running condition.(xi)Dismantling the front 4 wheels removing the old damaged spares such as wheel bearings 4 Nos, break pads 1 set, hub oil seals, greasing etc. the above new items in working conditions (xii) Removing fuel tank from vehicle cleaning and refitting the same (total sludge have to be cleaned by suing cleaning agent, painted & necessary minor welding works should be done(xiii) Tinkering for remove the dents for back language box and fixed with 40 mm pipe for support to the door to avoid dents, fixed with 2 Nos chain for door drop including painting(xiv) Complete water servicing including spraying of oil, greasing in joints bushes, bearing etc. cost and conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc. complete(xv) Mechinary and labour charges for dismantling the damage parts and refixing new parts and handedover in smooth running conditions |
