Repair And Rewinding Of 2Nos Of 250Kva And 1 No Of 100Kva, 11Kv / 433V Aluminum Wound Distribution Transformers At Dam Power House , Dismantling Of Faulty Transformer For Joint Inspection At Repairers Premises Including All Activities Such As Opening Of Top Cover, De-Tanking Of Core And Winding, Separation Of Hv / Lv Coils, Conducting Of Preliminary Tests Required For Assessment Of Repair Work To Be Under Taken, Dismantling Core Etc., In The Presence Of Tbhes Authorized Representative., Providing New Windings To Aluminum Wound Tramsformer In Place Of Damaged Winding Including Cost Of All Materials, Labours, Drying Etc., ( Both Hv And Lv ) Per Kg Of Winding, Providing Solid Insulation Materials For Replacement To Damaged Or Burnt Insulation As Per Actual Weight., Providing Re-Insulation To Hv And Lv Winding Whenever Necessary For Total Weight Of Winding Except Solid Insulation And Lv And Hv Bushing If Damaged., Cleaning, Repairing And Painting Inside The Transformer Tank With Hot Oil Bath And Acid Proof Epoxy Paint And Painting Outside The Tank With Enamel Paint After Thorough Cleaning Including The Cost Of Materials Including The Painting Of Radiators At Site / Firm., Re-Assembly Of Core And Winding., Drying Out The Assembly Of The Core And Winding In Oven / Vaccum Chamber, Till The Specified Insulation Resistance Values Are Obtained ( Including Cost Of Material And Labour ) ., Tanking The Assembly, Giving Connection, Providing New Gaskets And Insulating Materials Conforming To Relevant Iss, Putting Back The Cover, Tightening The Fixtures, Fixing The Bushing Etc., Including The Cost Of All Materials Like Gasket, Insulating Materials, Bolts And Nuts Etc., And Labour. Other Accessories At Repairers Work To Facilitate The Testing., Filling Of Oil To The Main Tank Filtering The Oil Including Filtering Till Attainment Of Prescribed Bdv Values Including Labour, Filtering Equipment Along With Accessories. The Minimum Bda Value Shall Be 50Kv ( Filling Charges ) Note: The Transformer Oil Will Be Supplied By Tbhes., Testing The Transformer For Routine Tests As Per Is 2026-1983 If Repairs Are Carried Out At Repairers Work And Testing The Transformer For Ir Values, Voltage Ratio At All Taps, Short Circuit Test, Magnetic Balance, Magnetizing Current Measurement At Low Voltage From Hv And Lv. Magnetizing Current Measurement At Rated Voltage From Lv Side.

2	Providing new windings to Aluminum wound tramsformer in place of damaged winding including cost of all materials, labours, drying etc., (Both HV and LV) per KG of Winding
3	Providing solid insulation materials for replacement to damaged or burnt insulation as per actual weight.
4	Providing re-insulation to HV and LV winding whenever necessary for total weight of winding except solid insulation and LV and HV bushing if damaged.
5	Cleaning, repairing and painting inside the transformer tank with hot oil bath and acid proof epoxy paint and painting outside the tank with enamel paint after thorough cleaning including the cost of materials including the painting of radiators at site/firm.
6	Re-assembly of core and winding.
7	Drying out the assembly of the core and winding in oven/vaccum chamber, till the specified insulation resistance values are obtained(including cost of material and labour).
8	Tanking the assembly, giving connection, providing new gaskets and insulating materials conforming to relevant ISS, putting back the cover, tightening the fixtures, fixing the bushing etc., including the cost of all materials like gasket, insulating materials, bolts and nuts etc., and labour. Other accessories at repairers work to facilitate the testing.
9	Filling of oil to the main tank filtering the oil including filtering till attainment of prescribed BDV values including labour, filtering equipment along with accessories. The minimum BDA value shall be 50KV(filling charges) Note: The Transformer oil will be supplied by TBHES.
10	Testing the transformer for routine tests as per IS 2026-1983 if repairs are carried out at repairers work and Testing the transformer for IR values, voltage ratio at all taps, short circuit test, magnetic balance, Magnetizing current measurement at low voltage from HV and LV. Magnetizing current measurement at rated voltage from LV side.
