Dimensions: Width: ~5 ft. width, 8 ft. length, thickness, 1 foot thickness 1.1.2. Mounting Holes & tapped holes: 1/4 – 20 Thread holes 1.1.3. Mounting Hole Pattern: 1-inch grid 1.1.4. Surface Flatness: better than ±0.1 mm over 500 mm2 1.1.5. Mounting Hole Borders: at least 0.5 inch or less from borders. 1.1.6. Top and Bottom Skins: 3/16-inches thick steel with integrated damping layer 1.1.7. Hole Sealing Type: Easy clean conical cup, 0.75-inch-deep, non-corrosive high impact polymer material. Should be repairable on individual affected holes. 1.1.8. Core Design: Trussed honeycomb, vertically bonded closed cell construction, 0.01 inch steel sheet materials, 0.03 triple core interface 1.1.9.
