1	Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of frangible, lattice type structure & illuminated wind direction indicator confirming to ICAO Annex 14 ,Volume I and suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz, Single phase AC Supply and consist of following completion as required. (a) Height not less than 6670 mm FRP frangible mast. The frangibility shall confirm to ICAO Annex14 & Aerodrome design manual part-6/FAA. The color of pole/mast shall be preferably aviation red/white. (b) Wind sock assembly complete with sliprings, drum, bracketfordrum,bearing,carbon brush with holder etc. (c) 1 No. LED light (20 W nominal capacity)inside the windsock drum, 4 Nos. LED light (20 W nominal capacity) fittings with shades for external illumination along with Lamps mounting arrangement for outdoor conditions. (d) One No.LED Aviation obstruction light at top having aluminium castbody and red polycarbonate dome suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz. (e) Internal wiring, provision for remote control operation, electric supply, control panel, junction box etc.meeting ICAO/FAA standards and specification including wind sock of 3600mm long made of special natural colour, fungus proof, nylon fabric with alternate black and white strip etc. complete as required. (f) Providing and laying and modification in existingcement concrete foundation suitable for installation of Windsock as per OEM recommandations.
2	Supply of Fabric windsock of 900mm dia at neck and 3600mm long made of special natural colour, fungus proof fabric with alternate black and white strip etc. complete as per the specifications.
3	Supply of 1.1 KV grade 4 C X 25 Sq.mm. armoured aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathedcable as per IS - 7098 (Part- I) 1985 with upto date ammendments.
4	Dismantling of existing non frangible metallic wind direction indicator and its accessories and shifting to AAI stores.
5	Supplying and laying of following sizeDWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)
6	Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC-HDPE pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm
7	Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 X 25 sq. mm (28mm)
8	Supply & Laying of 50mm dia size B class G.I pipe for road crossingat a depth of 300mm i/c cutting bituminous surface,re-filling with cement concrete of 1:2:4 and making good the same as required.
9	Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
10	Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
