This Job will consist of following works: i)Scratched/damaged portions of piston & cylinder to be repaired by means of welding with suitable electrodes then machining/polishing of same so as to meet with original dimensions of piston andcylinder.ii)Lapping of piston with cylinder for free movement of piston in the cylinder. iii)Special Cup seals and "O" rings suiting to dimensions of piston and cylinderto be provided. iv)After assembling, the jack is to be tested at site in actual working condition. No slip or jerk should occur between moving and stationary parts. There should be no leakage of oil. |
