24Material and labour for mild steel bolts, purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; exc 20mm dia but n exc. 25mm dia each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square not exc. 30cm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
25Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating, GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick coloured having plinth 190mm depth 29mm and tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with aluminium self trapping screw size 50/75mm and aluminium washers of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
26Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise descibed and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour/ tint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
27Material and labour Grouting 25mm thick under stanchion bases or grillages etc. including any temporary shuttering to edges with cement mortar 1:2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
28Material and labour 150mm (compacted thickness) granular sub base (GSB) layer, laid and compacted well graded material according to grades and cross-section required on ground and specified by Engineer-in-charge. The material to use is as GSB shall be natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof depending upon the grading required. The materials shall be free from organic or other deleterious contents spread, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to gradient and camber required etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
29Material and labour for forming expansion joints of width exc 10mm and not exc 16mm upto required depth as specified by special tool like concrete cutter, wire/ coir brushes/ machines and joints cleaned throughly with application of compressed air, making free all the loose material i.e. dust, dirt etc and filling with polyurethane joint sealant single component using mechanical means to a depth of 8mm (depth above backup rod) with min performance gurantee of 05 years and min movement accommodation factor (MAF) +30% conforming to the requirements of BS-5212 and EN -141875-2003 for Hydrolysis test including two coats of primer and filling the balance racked depth of joint with backup material i.e. closed cell polythylene to ensure light packing so that no gaps or avoid exist at the top of backup material separated by bond breaker tape over suitable size in position where required and as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
30Supply and laying of 400 micron HDPE sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
31Material and labour for forming contraction (dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade "A" complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
32Supply and fixing standard wall UPVC pipe (SCH-40) 254 min nominal size for installation of fair LED tube complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (a) Surface of pipe at joints must be cleaned with Oatey or equivalent grade solvent cement cleaner. (b) The rates inclusive of solvent cement primer and solvent cement used for jointing of pipe. (c) Rate inclusive of all necessary items for jointing of pipe i.e. bend etc.
33Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004. Alkali & fungal resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon addivities @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90litre/ 10 sqm over new surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
34Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10cm wide with adequate no of coats of water based road marking paint (white, orange, yellow, red, black or any color) including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
35Material and labour for preparation of horizontal and vertical surface, providing and applying single component elastic cold applied polyurethene modified acrylic coating based on modified polyurethene and fully fiber reinforced. All cracks upto 3mm at corner joints shall be treated with crack seal three coats including one coat of primer of urethene having coverage @ 0.75 Kg/sqm and dilution upto 10% and laying reinforced fibre net and applying two coats of shaliurethane @ total consumption 2Kg/sqm in two coats for maintaining min dry film thickness 1.5mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
36Material and labour for providing expansion or non-shrinking grout (M-35) cast into the sleeves around the bolt when equipment is set for holding down bolts machinery, stanchions etc including temporary forms or mouldscomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The quantity of grout mixed would be as per manufacturer"s instruction.
