1Design, fabrication, supply and erecting, Pre-engineered building steel structure for provision of Aircraft shelters of size 64.00 x 37.00 x 9.00 m (minimum clear height) using Galvalume or Zincalume profiled colour coated steel sheet 0.63mm total thickness (with coating and printing) as in roofing all as specified with the following design parameters all as specified and vetted design and drawing by any IIT and approved by Chief Engineer (AF) Prayagraj Zone with permanent specification complete all as specified and as shown on drawings:- (i) Frame type- Pre-Engineered Building (i) Size- 32.00 x 37.00 x 9.00 m (minimum dear height)- 02 Nos (ii) Gutter and rain spouts: 0.5m width valley made out of curved 2mm thick GI sheet for full length of shelter including necessary down pipes. (iv) Painting: All built up frame/ HR section, puffins/rafter shall be painted with paint of user approved choice. (v) Anti- corrosion treatment and painting as per IS- 1477 Part 1& 2 Note: Design parameters of PEB structure is attached as Appx "A’
2Demolition of concrete any description (existing PQC paved surface) by cutting with diamond cutter to full depth of PQC slab and without disturbing other slabs of PQC paved surface.
3Earth work in excavation in any kind of soil by mechanical means in any kind of soil (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed.
4Earth work in excavation by mechanical means in any kind of soil (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (beyond 1.5m depth upto 3.0m depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed.
5M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed aggregate) as in foundation filling, mass concrete and sub base complete all as specified and directed
6Use & Waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, footings, base of columns, sides &soffits of plinth beams and similar work for rough finished flat surface of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.
7M&L for Design mix M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in wall, retaining walls, footing, pedestal etc any thickness complete all as specified and directed.
8S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, rebarring and welding to reinforcement of existing roof, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with dips, complete etc all as specified and directed.
9Returning & filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm using excavated soil all as specified and directed.
10Removing excavated soil/concrete/spoil etc (in addition to removal distance of 50m catered in item No 3 &4) exceeding 5Km but not exceeding 10Km outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.
11M&L for soil stabilization of 500mm sub grade soil by uniform mixing at site of OPC 43 grade Cement @ 5% by weight of soil (5% cement to be assumed for rate estimation only, actual type of additive and percentage of blending to be executed as given in mix design. Mix design to also contain recommended tests with their frequency for quality control). Exact quantity of cement shall be arrived after trials on ground to achieve the required CBR/K value. Execution will be by mechanical means adding required water and compacted with vibratory soil compactor manually to achieve K value 5Kg/cm²/cm complete all as specified and directed.
12Supply only OPC cement in 50 Kg (Density of dry soil is 2.2 Mt/Cum @ 5% of cement/Kg)
13M&L for 400mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base (GSB) Grade V in a double layer of 200mm each (as per 400-1 and 400-2 of MORTH & H Specifications for Road and Bridge works) over compacted subgrade with stone aggregates by using motor grader, spreading, levelling and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN wt and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Finished surface tolerances as per table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for road and bridge works complete all as specified and directed.
14M&L for 200mm thick (Compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) (Individual layers of 100 mm each) manufactured in WMM plant. Each layer compacted separately (as per Table 400-12 and 400-13 of MoRTH &H Specifications for road and bridge works), with crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, spreading using sensor paver and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. If the water absorption value of coarse aggregates is greater than 2%, the soundness test shall be carried out on the material delivered at site. Finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge Works complete all as specified and directed.
15M&L for providing and laying Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) 150mm thick having compressive group of 05 cubes. Individual strength of each cube must not be less than 5.5 MPa at 07 days (para 4.1 IRC : SP : 49-2014). Size of aggregates not exceeding 26.5mm (Grading and other physical parameters as per Table 600-1 of MORTH & H Specifications for road and bridge works/ Table 1 IRC : SP : 49 - 2014). Min cement content must not be less than 140 Kg/cum (Para 4.2 IRC : SP : 49-2014) mixed in belching plant, transported to site and laid by sensor paver including spreading and compacting using double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight including necessary formwork, finishing etc complete all as specified and directed. Transverse joints, where required will be paid for separately complete all as specified and directed.
16Providing 10mm thick sand cushion with dean river sand duly dear or residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer. The sand cushion must not contain stones/ other hard or uneven matter as specified and directed.
17Supplying and laying (no addl payment of overlap) 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) having minimum weight 390 grn/Sqm over sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips as minimum 100mm and transverse joints at ends as minimum 150mm etc complete as specified and directed.
18M&L for Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) 300mm thick of minimum field flexural strength of 45Kg/Sq Cm, Lower control limit (LCL) at 28 days in pavement slab using min 360Kg of cement per cum as per IRC 15-2017 (Only 43 grade OPC must be used in PQC) mixed with non-circular synthetic fibre reinforcement (fibres as per specifications given by E-in-C"s branch policy) by mech means at the rate by weight of cement as specified by manufacturer as per cum of PQC. The max size of aggregate in PQC must be 31.5mm and gradation as per table 3 of IRC: 15-2017, laid spread and compacted with fixed form paver, curing, tining by mechanical attachment (Texturing cum Curing Machine) complete all as specified and directed.
19Material and labour cutting of 25mm wide expansion joints upto full depth of concrete slab (initial cut of 10 mm upto full depth cut by diamond cutter machine within 8 to 24 hours of casting) and filled with pre formed compressible filler board (HD-100) of required depth, provision of closed cell polythene backup rod 30 mm dia (minimum depth over back up rod shall be 18-19mm leaving 4-5mm recess), 02 coats of priming the vertical side of joints and sealing the joint (Top 14-15mm) with single component polyurethane sealant conforming to requirement of BS-5212 and EN 141875-200; for Hydrolysis/water resistance test and applying masking tape on edge at joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied. Sealant should have MAF minimum ±30% and manufacturer"s warranty for 10 (ten) years complete all as per manufacturer": instructions all as specified. Note: (i)Rounding of Edges shall performed with mechanical grinder up to 5-6 mm dia. The cost shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Expansion joints shall not be upto 30m as per MORTH specification. The cost of full depth cutting as required for forming expansion joints at such locations shall also be deemed included in the contractor"s quoted rate for above item. (ii) Filling of joints shall be done by a mechanized system. (iv) Cost of Compressible rubber filler board ( Silfex / supreme )shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v) Initial cutting shall be commenced as 1/3rd of the depth and width of the final cutting within 8-24hrs after final curing period(28days).
20S&F for mild steel work for barricading of construction site as in post and structs in fencing incl cutting tops to shapes as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gd E-165 and also including dismantling the same from site after complete all as specified and as directed.
21M&L for Galvanized, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in cladding etc. with grade of zinc coating in roofing/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screw including dismantling the same from the site after completion of work as specified complete all as specified and directed.
22S&F circular LED Highway with tapered fin design and excellent thermal management along with IP 66 protection, pressure die cast, environment friendly, Highway light fitting (WB) with high power 150 watt LED light fitting,with lumen efficacy not less then 150 Lum/ watt including metallic flexible pipe for connecting wirenecessary surge protecting device including all fixing hardwares and necessary connections from the near by point with PVC insulated sheathed 3 core 1.5 sqmm flexible copper cable complete all as specified and directed.
23S & F Flood light LED with tapered fin design and excellent thermal management along with IP 66 protection, pressure die cast, environment friendly, 100 watt LED light fitting, with lumen efficacy not less then 100 Lum/ watt including metallic flexible pipenecessary surge protecting device including all fixing hardwares and necessary connections from the near by point with PVC insulated sheathed 3 core 1.5 sqmm flexible copper cable for connecting wire complete all as specified and directed.
24S & F integral LED aviation obstruction light luminaires comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure having302 Nos LEDcomplete all as specified and directed.
25S & F MCB Enclosure ,2 way SPN, suitable for 230 V AC, single door, (Cutout) sheet steel, phosphatised , powder painted MCB DBs with Din Rail ( in accordance with IS 13032, IS 8623, ies/BS EN 60439-3) complete all as specified and directed.
26S & F MCB SPN 6-32 Amp. 240 volt C curve 10 KA complete all as specified and directed
27S&F sheet metal enclosoures with socket plug top and MCBs with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

29Supply and fixing MCCB 63 Amp, 4 Pole, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 16 KA, with Ics= 100% Icu at 415 Vac, fixed magnaetic released type for taking the connection from existingLT Panel complete all as specified and directed.

34M&L for sub main wiring concealed complete with two runs of single core 2.5 sq.mm (nominal area) 1100 volt grade single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multi-stranded copper conductor of FRLS grade (IS:694) drawn through and including 25mm steelconduit and conduit accessories concealed in walls/ roofs/ floors etc. including provision of earth continuity wire with 2.5 sq.mm cable as for wiring but in green colour all as specified. [Note:- M&L for cutting chases for concealed conduit wiring on any surfaces and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finishing with existing finishes shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.]
35M&L for sub main wiring concealed complete with two runs of single core 4.0 sq.mm (nominal area) 1100 volt grade single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multi-stranded copper conductor of FRLS grade (IS:694) drawn through and including 25mm steelconduit and conduit accessories concealed in walls/ roofs/ floors etc. including provision of earth continuity wire with 4.0 sq.mm cable as for wiring but in green colour all as specified. [Note:- M&L for cutting chases for concealed conduit wiring on any surfaces and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finishing with existing finishes shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.]
36M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in to ground ( earth pit) not less than 2.25 metres deep below GL with top edge of earth plate opt less attn. 1.50 m below ground levelsurrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, connected to GI lead wire of 4 mm dia.(7.50 m Long) by means of nuts, bolts and washers, check nuts of GIand protected by the GI pipe light grade 15 mm nominal bore(7.5 m long) for earth lead wire and watering pipe light grade of 20 mm nominal bore, 0.63 mm thick G I sheet funnel , wire mesh, earthing test pointetc complete including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil , PCC 1:2:4 type B1 earth pit and Precast RCC cover 65 mm thick duly reinforced with 6 mm dia. (iv) Ifthe desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.
37M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron earth strip of size 32 X 6 mm by means of nut-bolts, check nuts and washersall as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule 2009, Part–I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board / main DB’s / earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt all around the earth plate & minimum 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead protection pipe of suitable lenghth and including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B1 with 3 Nos 6 mm dia MS bars both ways complete inluding testing on completion of job complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) GI strip and GI pipe, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for MS sheet of size 300x300x3mm thick, fixed with necessary nuts and bolts on angle iron of size 40x40x5mm, 600 mm long and grouted with PCC block of size 200x200x250mm (PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm crushed stone aggregate including necessary earth work for marking the result and purpose. (iv) Ifthe desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.
38S&F single pointed air termination copper rod 12mm dia, 300 mm long with all connected accessories andcomplete all as specified and as directed.
39S&F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screws for holding the bronze plate including fastening/ bolting the roof down conductor and earth electrode over the bronze plate with copper bolts & nuts of suitable size, providing 10mm thick fibre sheet of size 15x15cm below the test point to avoid direct contact with wall including enclosing the test point with 1.6mm thick MS sheet front openable box duly painted complete all as directed.
40Earthing continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on battern or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipes or fixed to poles or any indicated situation for loop earthing aluminium strip of size 25x3 mm complete
41S&F high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 Kgf/cm2 and size 40 mm dia laid in trenches as well as in PCC hardstanding.
42Supply,laying, jointed and testingcable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, armoured,electric power cables with aluminium conductor, 1100 voltsgrade, laid in trenches/ drawn through pipe/ poles or laid under road / drains / pathcomplete ofcross sectional area 25 sq. mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.
43Excavation in trenches (manually) not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for laying cables or foundation of electric pole / Stay assembly and getting out in soft / loose soil including trimming sides and forming bottom surface to the required level / slope etc complete all as specified and directed.
44Removing excavated soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at level n exc 1.5 M above the starting points complete all as specified and directed
45M & L for laying brick as in protection covers over cables using well burnt sub class "B" old size bricks in trenches over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.
46M & L forsand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable including spreading and consolidations,complete punned down to 18 cm thickness as required complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.
47Horizontal Boring under hard standing/ pavements or roads manually using suitable auger for insertion of GI pipes up to 100 mm bore and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note: GI pipe shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted.
48Supply and fixing MCCB 63 Amp, 4 Pole, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 16 KA, with Ics= 100% Icu at 415 Vac, fixed magnaetic released type for taking the connection from existingLT Panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
