| 112 | Comprehensive maintenance and repair including renewal / replacement of minor defective parts of Dehumidifier units installed at including carrying out the Physical and health check up and service, gas pressure, electrical connections, etc. During the check up of Dehumidifierif any parts found unserviceavle to be replaced and then item paid separately under respective item. NOTE : OEM Rep will visit the 1st week of every month.NOTE : OEM Rep will visit the 1st week of every month.ii) After servicing, OEM has to submit the serviceability certificate duly sign by OEM, User and shall have to submit to Dept for Payment purpose and warranty for the replaced items for one year from the date of servicing .(III) Contractor shall provide the following comprehensive services arising out of wear and tear of the normal running of AC plantincluding maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and electronic parts /sub-assemblies. Thepreventive maintenance report will be as per the Original Equipmentmanufacturer"s instructions. (IV) Breakdown Maintenance : The Authorised ServiceEngineer of OEM or OEM Certified Agencieswill carry out all breakdown maintenance after receiving information (written or oral) from GE (AF) KALAIKUNDAofficials or their representatives, The OEM"s authorised service representative or OEM certified agencies or approved will carry out the required repairs of theunits and appraise GE,Engineer-in-Charge and JE the status of the break down repair at site. No payment shall be made on account of any breakdown service during maintenence period including defect liablity period . (V) The Service Engineer will be called in case of any breakdown and the same shall be attended within 24 Hours of lodging of complaint, failing which a penal recovery of Rs.2000.00 (Rupees Two Hundred Only) per day till such time the unit is attended and complaint is resolved,will be recovered from the outstanding dues to the Contractor. (X). Each maintenance job shall be covered period of 09 Months (XI)Cost ofmajor/ minor items like teflon tape,insulation tape, metal washers, fibre/rubber washers, screws, small nuts & boltsetc and like shall be deemed to be inclusive of the quoted rate. |
