Supply and delivery of vertical hallow shaft squirrel cage induction motor 1500 Rpm suitable for above Pumpset for continuous rated SPDP class F insulation confirming to 1S 325 for operation in AC 3 phase – 50Hz -( + 5%) 415 v ( + 10%) running with a speed of pump noted above and with inbuilt thrust bearing assembly capable of taking up the entire load and non reverse ratchet assembly etc. complete. The motor rating as noted above is the minimum and shall be such that it should whenever be over loaded and when the pump works at MWL condition and shall be of 10% over and above the maximum HP absorbed by the pump.The motorshould be energy efficiencyto have maximum efficiency at higherpower factor.etc complete.

Removal of existing 75 HP squirrrel cage induction motor pumpset with soft starter, panel board and connected accssories such as terminal box , cables, bedframes, butterfly valve, non return valve and delivery line including safely handed over to head water works storesandbreaking the motor foundation where evernecessary suitable for erection of new 150 HP motor pump set, without damaging the pumping main as directed by the departmental officers(Including GST )

Supply and delivery of floor mounted soft starter of air cooled FCMA type suitable for the 150 HP squirrel cage induction motor for operation in AC 3 phase – 50HZ - ( + 5%) 415V ( +10%)The starter should have under voltage, over load relay with suitable ammeter indication lamp etc. including cost of all materials and F.O.R at siteetc, completeas directed by the departmental officers

Supply and delivery of floor mounting type weather vermin and dust proof powder coated LT cubical panel board made of 14 guage –MS sheet and MS angle iron frame work with enclosed 4 Nos copper bus bars of Electrolyte grade E-91PVC sleeved of suitable size for phase and neutral with hinged front door and with railway type lock and key arrangements.
