| 1 | Chipping, wire brushing and cleaning of the main deck, ship side (P&S) & fore & aft side, winch structure ,vent pipes, , inside cabin etc. for painting of all ship side area above water level alongwith all accessories including chains, deck fittings, cabin etc. to be done with one coat of zinc chromate yellow primer followed by two coats of existing colour anti crossive marine standard paints of 100 micron each. In it last coat paint made with PU coat authorized paint manufacturer as required as per direction ofEIC. |
| 2 | Chipping, wire brushing and cleaning inside of man hole/ bulkhead tank(5) with all interior item like angle & frame etc. to be done with one coat of zinc chromate yellow primer followed by two coats of existing colour anti crossive marine standard paints of 100 micron each, as required as per direction ofEIC. |
| 3 | Spray paint of entire crane apparatus and it"s part like boom, inside/outside of operation room, rotation column etc after chipping, wire brushing, cleaning and primer coat. Safety instructions and deptt. logo on operator"s cabin should be make with fluorescent sticker as required as per direction of EIC. |
| 4 | Renewal of all nut-bolts ( M16 x 40 L ) and washers with SS in all manholes. Supply and fitting of weather/water proof gasket (3mm) at all manholes as required as per direction of EIC. |
| 5 | Installation of 0.5 KVA solar system with solar plate, battery, wiring, panel and switch board etc. Provision of 2 fans, 2 lights 4 power point inside of cabin. Two light outside of cabin, one at entrance of door and one as required as per direction of EIC.(Old 2 no. 180 Ah battery should be taken) |

| 7 | Installment of reputed make bio toilet with over head tank as per standards on deck securing with iron angle frame etc to prevent storm/wind as required as per direction of EIC. |
