1Charges for replacement of 1200 mm width worn-out conveyor belt with new belt in any one of belt feeder / shuttle feeder RBFD-20, 21, SFD-4A, 4B, 5A, 5B, 5C, BFD-22 & 23, including loading of 1200 mm width beltto the lorry and unloadingat SCH-I area, Lifting the belt from ground floor to belt feeder floor. Removing the skirt rubber, skirt board top cover and skirt board assembly by cutting the supporting angle, removing the idlers roller and frame to the required area. Cutting and removing the worn-out belt from thebelt feeder / shuttle feeder and laying the new belt over the belt feeder / shuttle feeder and positioning for belt joining.After completion of cold vulcanizing the belt jointing works then refixing the released idler rollers with frames, skirt board assembly by welding the supporting angles closing the skirt board top cover with fixing bolt & nuts refixing the skirt rubber etc., Adjusting the belt tension to the required level by adjusting the tension screw and belt feeders put into service for trial run, devolution of released worn out belt to stores including cost of consumables, hire charges for T&P’s etc., complete
2Charges for overhauling and inspection of pulley bearing inany one of Belt Feeder/ Shuttle Feeder, RBFD-20, 21, SFD-4A, 4B, 5A, 5B, 5C, and BFD-22 & 23 including transporting the chain blocks from ground floor to belt feeder floor, loosening the belt, lifting the head, head-snub and tail pulley one after the other with the help of 2nos chain block, decoupling thegear coupling by loosening bolt and removal of Plummer blocks top covers, bearings sleeves, lock nut and lock washer from both ends of the pulleys and checking the bearings and sleeves and assembling of bearings with sleeves, packing with new grease, checking the tightness of bearing in the Plummer block,checking the bolt tightness, commissioning and trial running of the system, including hire charges for all tools and plants, and all lead & lift, and T&P’s hire charges etc., complete.
3Charges for machining of Gear coupling (LFG-108) to enlarge the bore size from pilot bore to suit both gear box shaft (70 mm dia. To 85 mm dia.) and pulley shaft (70 mm dia. To 130 mm dia.) with shrink-fit tolerance and making the key ways to the respective shaft of any one of belt feeder / shuttle feeder RBFD-20, 21, SFD-4A, 4B, 5A, 5B, 5C, and BFD-22 & 23, including cost of consumables T&P’s and hire charges for machineries complete
4Charges for replacement of wornout gear coupling in any one of belt feeder / shuttle feeder RBFD-20, 21, SFD-4A, 4B, 5A, 5B, 5C, and BFD-22 & 23 including drawal of new gear coupling from central stores, unloading at SCH-I, dismantling the worn-out gear couplingon head pulley side (driven) and gear box side (drive) and then fixing of bore machined gear coupling ( LFG-108 ) in position on both drive and driven side and complete overhauling of drive pulley & correcting alignment of gear box input shaft with respect to motor shaft and gear box output shaft to drive pulley shaft in belt feeder / shuttle feeder at secondary crusher house - I, including cost of gas, safety appliances, consumables, hire charges for T&P’s, etc., complete.
5Charges for replacement of wornout portion of coal transfer chute of belt feeder / shuttle feeder including replacement of worn out portion of discharge chute by fixing of available new M.S & S.H usable S.S materials including removal of worn out portion and then fabrication of M.S plate 12 mm thick and S.S liner plate 10 mm thick and then fixing in the existing worn out portion of coal transfer chutes and complete welding works including the cost of special welding electorate M.S to S.S (E.309) and S.S welding electorate (E.291.67) - retrieved worn out materials devoluted to stores complete.
6Charges for complete overhauling of any one of flap gate - I, II & 14 and reconditioning of wornout spares like actuator and shaft including removal of flap gate actuator complete set like flap gate motor, mechanical actuator, counter weight 2 nos, connecting plates, limit switch and bearing housing etc.,The removal of worn out chute plate above the flap gate and then the flap gate by gas cutting, shifting the gate from its position on the shaft using chain blocks. Marking and cutting the chute plate size 1200 x 1000 x 12 mm thick x 2 no and grinding the cutting edges and fabricating the chute plates and erecting the fabricated chute plate in its original position by welding. Removal of shaft from its position which was welded with the gate and bearings. Reconditioning the shaft by metal filling up on the rounded shaft seating positions. Making the shaft seating portion to the welded square shape then grinding the welded portion to suit for the square shape then grinding the welded portion to suit for the flap gate seating. Overhauling the flap gate actuator cylinder by removing the cylinder top cover, shaft bearing etc and clearing the actuator all spare parts by diesel and new grease packing in actuator cylinder, checking and refixing of spare parts one by one in flap gate actuator in its original position. Inserting the rectangular blockthen welding the MS rectangular blocks with the shaft. Inspection of bearing and greasing the bearing, positioning the bearing in the shaft and then fixing the bearing housing. Inserting the new flap gate inside the chute then positioning it over the shaft and then tightening with bolt and nuts & fixing bearing housing assembly etc., complete.
