2Repairing pot-holes and making up small depressions with ramming or power rolling including screening, cleaning chips or metals and washing, drying as necessary and heating the chips or metal where necessary, cutting pot holes to regular shapes with vertical edges, cleaning the disintegrated materials, heating matrix and applying tack coat (including sides), finishing the top of repaired surface levelled with adjoining area, including cost and carriage of stone aggregates and matrix, excluding cost of applying tack coat. 3Bituminous Concrete Providing and layingbituminous concrete with Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregate, filler material( Cement/ hydred Lime/rock dust) andpremixed with bituminous binderof specified Grading @ 5.2 % (min) ( but not Less than 130 kg/m3 ) for grading--1 and@ 5.4 % (min) ( but not Less than 137 kg/m3 ) for grading-2 as per table 500-17 and mixed design done as per table 500-10 and Job Mix formula as per clause 505.3.3 . including screening, cleaning of chipsand preparing a uniform and quality mix transporting the hot mix to work site, laying the mixed materials at specified laying temperature as specified in table 500-2with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over prepared surface coated with the tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled and vibratory or tenden rollers or with pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight with a tyre pressure of at least 0.56 MP, to achived the desired density as per clause 505.3.5, all including cost and carriage of bitumen, crushed aggregates, filler materials and hire charges of mechinery and equipment for construction and quality control complete as per clause 507 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). 4Mastic Asphalt Providing and laying Mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29 using approved coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler material and bitumen, prepared by using Mastic cooker including cost and carriage of all ingredients, cost of heating aggregates and binder, mixing in specified proportions conforming to approved Job Mix Formula and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, compacting, sealing the construction joints and surface finishing conforming to specifications including providing antiskid surface with bitumen pre-coated fine-grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100°C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including the hire charges of all tools and plants and machinery, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants and all other incidental charges and quality control all complete as per Clause 516 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). 25 mm thickness
5Tack Coat. Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). On Bituminous Surface Over black topped surface @ 2.50 kg /10 m2by manual means.
6Box cutting or filling in Road embankment Box cutting or filling in Road embankment in all sorts of soil including spreading the spoils properly over the flank as necessary or on berm to approximate grade & camber and rolling the sub-grade with power roller to proper camber and grade as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including uprooting and removing plants and jungles when and where necessary Depth up to 150 mm.

12Supplying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure (as per cl. no. 6.30 of IRC : SP : 63 (2018), from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per Cl. No.3.26 of IS: 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block, as per Cl.No.3.3 of IS: 15658) as per Table 2 of IS :15658 with flexural strength/breaking load as per Annexure G of IS:15658, on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP 63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per Cl. No. 8.7 of IRC SP - 63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compacting, levelling and filling up of the edge gap. Grey Colour. 80 mm thick
13Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. Where staging is not required.
14Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads onBituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per Clause 803 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).
