1Overhauling and Servicing ofsplit type ACs 1.5 TonTon capacity of any make and carry out of following tasks at different location of different establishment including taking down the A/C from existing location, refixing / commissioning and testing the same after overhauling complete including the following :- (a) Inspection taking down, opening (dismantling) washing the condensor and cooling coil complete with chemical followed with pressurized water jet complete as required and cleaning with air blower and testing complete (b) Checking / examine operation of condensor, blower motor, cooling coil and checking the air circulation to ensure complete movement of working part trouble free (c) Inspection of leakage in system (cooling) and removal obstruction if any (d) Checking and correction earth continuity of electric items (e) Checking servicing thermostat and over load and other spares and test its functioning (f) Inspecting all electrical connection and remove if any defects (g) Checking servicing and greasing oiling of blower motor (g) Checking the functional of electronic remote control unit to ensure satisfactory functioning of unit complete all as specified and as directedby Engr-in-Charge. Note: 1-The contractor will send his rap to this office to collect the complaint regarding AC complaint comming from the user day to day. 2-The contractor will depute a skilledmech of refrigeration and air conditioning for proper maintenance of cooling appliances and day to day complaint regarding ACs, water cooler,Refrigerator, Desert cooler etc. 3- Any work regarding AC/Water Cooler/Refrigerator/Deep freezer and desert cooler will be done by skilled machenic who has the working experience of refrigeration and cooling appliances.
2All as per item No.1 here in before but for Split type Air Conditioner up to 2.0 Ton.
3Shifting of Air Conditioner of any type and make, up to 2 TR from existing location to other location and, Installingindoor and outdoor units of split type AC & window type ACat the locations as directed including provision of necessary brackets (L type) clamps, GI nuts, bolts and washers etc for fixing of indoor/ outdoor units/ window type AC including complete servicing leaktesting and commissioning and making good disturbed surface all as specified & directed at site . Note : PVC pipe protection/ drain pipe/ control cable, extra copper tubing of any sizefor suction/discharge will be measured and paid separately. Connecting up, topping up of refrigerant gas. Nitrogen pressure test to find out leakage, commissioning and testing complete all as specified & directed. Note : Gas charging will be measured and paid only once in throughout contract period after repetitive leakage/topping.

25Supply and laying in replacement of refrigerant line copper tubing of size 5/8" with clamping on wall surface or concealed with both the ends connection or fixing by brazing as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

50Taking out Unserviceable / burnt out sealed compressor Unit from Deep freezer, Supply & replacement factory sealed compressor unit, connecting with copper piping by braziing & Copper tubing etc complete 310/325 Lts capacity. Notes:- (i) Sealed compressor unit shall be replaced with existing capacity/Make. (ii) Gas Charging shall be mesasured and paid separtely under relavent item
51S&F in repair fan motor suitable for existing deep freezer 310 / 325 ltr cap complete all as directed.
52Repair/servicing of desert cooler of capacity upto 3000/4000 CFM by dismantling the fan, motor, pumps etc., including checking up/ rectification of wire connections, replacement unserviceable parts & accessories, cleaning of the water tank, replacement of piping system, reassembling,painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red(inner side of the desert cooler) oxide /primer after rubbing the rust with hammery paper and connecting up and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cost of spare parts replaced during the process of repair/servicing shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item herein after. (ii) Labour charges for replacement of spares parts if any required during repair/ servicing deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

109Repairs to water cooler body, base frame with legs, door unit, storage tank, FHP motor baseetc of any capcity & make by cutting worn out / deteriorated portions of sheet steel and reconstructing bodyincluding providing ventilation grooves, hingeswhere required and steel storage tank to the existing shape and size using PGI sheet of 16 / 20 SWG as per the existing, necessary welding / bracing work to match with the existing surface, including all necessary items such as nuts, bolts, washers, drilling holes etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on the affected previously painted area using spray gun over a coat of red oxide primer matching with the existing tint & shade and after repairing the water coolerservicing including checking/ leak testing testingcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
