1SOLAR STREET LIGHT: Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning ofstandalone Solar Street Light, All in one Integrated Solar street ligth (LED-based) in body consist of white LED luminarie (LED+Driver) rating as per configuration along with monocrystalline Solar PV Modules from original solar light manufacturer and lithium phosphate battery of given capacity, neccessary control electronics, interconnecting wire/cables, module mounting structures, etc to operate from dusk to dawn complete as per following specifications.(Minimum Warranty Period - As per MNRE)
2(A) PV Module (i) Type of PV Module- Indegigenous module shall be TEC tested. Mono crystalline Solar Panel = 75 Wp in high power/efficiency cells (ii) Power Output of PV Module- More than 75 Wp at 16.4 ± 0.2 volt at STC (iii) PV Module efficiency-= 14.1% (iv) The open circuit voltage of the PV modules under STC (in Volts) = 21 (v) Certification/Report- NABL or IEQC accredited laboratory (vi) Compliance- From authorised test centre as per test ediction of IEC 61215 edition II/IS 14286
3(B) Battery (i) Type of battery- Maintenance free long life, Lithium Ferro Phosphate (ii) Battery capacity > 12.8 V, 24 to 30 Ah at STC (iii) Cycle/Current- Battery cycle life 2000 cycle at 80% discharge (iv) Autonomy - 03 days.
4(C) Light Source (i) Type of LED- 30 Watt or equivalent (4500 Lumen output fitting) (ii) LED Chip efficiency(Lumen/watt)- = 135 Lumen/watt (iii) The colour temp of white- 5700 degree K-6500 degree K LED used in the system (iv) The temp of heat sink- = 20 degree centigrade above ambient temp during operation (v) CRI >70% (vi) Lighting quality- Free from glare, Flickering and UV (vii) Wattage- Power consumption of the LED Luminarie/Lighting unit= 30 W(including unit= 30W maximum (imcluding LED and driver power loss) (viii) Ingress Protection- IP65 or better (xi) Vandal Resistance- IK 06
5(D) Electronic Component (i) Protection- Full protection against open circuit, accidental short circuit and for reverse polarity to be provided (ii) The self consumption of the charge controller- = 20 mA at rated voltage and rated current (iii) Indicator on the system- To be provided with 2 LED indicators: a green light to indiacte charging in progress and a red LED to indicate deep discharge condition of the battery. The green LED glow only when the battery is actually being charged. (iv) Total Electronics efficiency = 90%
6(E) Pole (i) Pole - 65 mm, 6 Mtr total length of steel tubular pole, conformity as per IS 1161:2014, pole should be grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) CC foundation 400 mm dia having depth of 1000 mm below ground leveland 250 mm lengthx 300 mm dia cement concrete collar above ground level.
