Certificates Should Be Issued From Nabl Accredited Lab / Govt Approved Lab / Dem. As Per Drawing, Specification Certificates. Should Be Issued From Nabl Accredited Lab / Govt Approved Lab / Dem ( For Finished Components ) ( C ) Nimir & Macro Test As Per Drawing, Specification, Certificates Should Be Issued From Nabl Accredited Lab / Govt. Approved Lab / Oem If Applicable. ( D ) Dimensional Report. -Oem Certificate Confirming 100% Dimension Checked. Critical Dimensions Will Be Defined After Complete Technical Documents Received From Irrpl / Ck & Will Be Intimated To The Supplier. Oem / Firm To Zive All Dimensional Inspection Report As Per Drawing For 100% Components ( E ) Any Other Test Report. As Per Drawing, Specification.Hardness Test Report, Crack Test Report ( Method To Be Cmentioned ) , Decarburizatioia Test Report ( If Applicable ) , Should Be Issued From Nabl Accredited Lab. / Govt Approved Lab / Oem. ( F ) Warranty Guarantee Certificate To Be Provided By The Firm. 2. Acceptance Criteria For Qc ( Im ) - ( A ) Qc ( Im ) Section Will Check The Above Documents Which Are To Be Submitted By The Firm. ( B ) Qc ( Imm ) Section Reserves Right To Check Critical Dimensions As Per Sampling Pian ( As Per General Inspection Level-1& Aqi-4.0 15:2500 ( P.1 ) , 2000 ) . 3. Rfi Reserves The Right For Conducting Any Of The Test At Their Discretion. 4. This Qap Is Provisional, Subject To Change In Future During The Course Of The Procurement 5.
