| 1 | Repair of cooling towers 02 No’s installed at terrace for main Air Conditioning chiller plant of GMCH, Jammu by way of closing the water supply to the tower and removing the algae, mold formation manually from the collection tank and then cleaning with the help of water pressure pump. The job includes repairing/sealing of leaking joints of the water collection tanks with the help of M-seal/araldite. The job includes replacement of the worn out polypropylene ABS nozzles 02 Nos. sets, distribution valves 02 no. drive shaft 01 No. , water distribution piping 02 sets, cooling tower fans -02 Nos.The job also includes repairing of both the cooling tower structures and cold water basins. The job also includes fitting of heavy gauge chicken wire mesh so that monkeys and birds do not enter the water collection tank. The job also includes providing and replacement of the damaged/worn out LT Power cables of 35mm Dia 3.5 core (Armoured) 90 meter in length from main air conditioning chiller plant up to the cooling towers (terrace). The job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles and all the taxes as applicable. Complete job. |
