| 4 | Removing the carbons particles/sludge arrested by ceramic saddles from the scrubber and from the stainless steel header pipes cleaning the same with fresh water and dilute muretic acid till to be seen off white colour and refixing the same quantity cleaned ceramic saddle into the scrubber over the stain- less steel cleaned net.(precuautin to be taken air injecting during cleaning the inside). |
| 5 | Supply and fixing the Heating element (Heatco make) of capacity 4.5 K.W to be working in supply voltage of 240 V 50 Hz made from 80/20 Nicrome wire of 8 SWG in coiled coil from welded S.S stud on both ends. The coil should be inserted into the groove of existing coil brick after proper cleaning and the S.S Studs housed into the ceramic caller tube wrapped. With asbestos rope for tight fitting and sealing as heat proof extended S.S stud to be connected brass/ copper connector with complete connection in all respect of existing system. |
