| 3 | Major reconditioningwith Correction of equipment earth values to bring it within norms ( 0.5 ohms to 1 ohms) excavation of pit for 1.25mx1.25mx 1.5 mtr depth making good the connectivity between plate and strip , Replacement of rusted bolts, nuts, spring washers, pouring the earth enhancement materials(approx 12.5 Kg )diluted with water and watering for 3 days back filling , observing the earth value and testing the earth value and submission of reports etc., as reqd.( Note: After the said reconditioning , if Earth value not improvedthe work to be continued as item 2.01 and only 50% of awarded rate shall be paid.
