7Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification.
8Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specificatioN.
9Excavation for foundation in sand, gravel, clay soft soils and murrum etc. including shoring, strutting dewatering as necessary and disposing of the excavated stuff as directed.(A) Depth upto 3.0 M. and lead upto 100m for 10 Cum

33Providing and laying a buried expansion joint, covered with 12 mm thick, 200 mm wide galvanised weldable structrual steel plate as per IS:2062, placed symmetrical to centre line of the joint, resting freely over the top surface of the deck concrete, welding of 8 mm dia, 100 mm long galvanised nails spaced 300 mm c/c along the center line of the plate, as per technical specifications clauses 1207.2.3. , Providing and fixing 20 mm thick compressible fibre board in expansion joint complete as per drawing and technical specifications, Providing and fillling joint sealing compound as per drawings and technical specifications with coarse sand and 6 per cent bitumen by weight.
34Providing and casting in-situ Reinforced Cement Concrete M40 grade controlled cement concrete in crash barrier using 6mm to 20mm machine crushed well graded stone aggregate, sand of approved quality, OPC53 grade cement at any height including centring, shuttering, mixing with batching plant,placing in position, consolidating with mechanical vibrators, curing, deshuttering carefully, making good the damages, fixing embedment, inserts, pockets, wherever necessary as directed with F3 / U3 type exposed concrete finish and form mark as directed by Engineer-in-charge, including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specification and drawing.
35Providing and applying one coat of Epoxy phenolic primer of DFT 50 microns and two coats of Epoxy phenolic coating of DFT 100 microns each for RCC Element or any other equivalent epoxy coating system to all concrete surfaces exposed to atmospherein substructure and superstructure including cost of material labour, transportation,scaffolding and preparing the surface by cleaning, washing, brushing, sand/grit blasting etc complete and as directed by engineer and as per specification. ( Paint shall be approved from Engineer and tested from approved Laboratory) (Total DFT = 50+100+100 = 250 microns)
36Drainage spouts complete as per drawing and technical specifications.
37Providing Masonry Steps with Cement Pointing on approaches as directed.
38Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications
39Providing & laying filter material underneath pitching in slope complete aas per drawing and technical specification.
40Providing and Casting in situ controlled Cement Concrete M-30 for R.C.C. Raft and cutt-off walls including necessary shuttering laying, vibrating, ramming and curing complete.
41Earthwork for embankment including breaking clods, dressing with all lead and lift (excluding watering and consolidation)(E) From Borrow area within 3.0 Km. lead (more than 10 ton)
42Earth work for embankment for SUBGRADE with CBR 7 % including breaking clods, dressing with all lead and lift and includingwatering, rolling and consolidation of subgrade in layers at O.M.C. to required dry density, including filling the depressing, which occurs during the process using power roller of 8 tonne to 10 tonne all as per specification. 43Providing and laying Compacted 150mm thick of Specified quarry spall in side shoulder including carring of Material and spreading on prepared base includong compacting as per MOST Specification etc…. Complete
44Construction of granular sub-base Gr-I by providing well gradedmaterial, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixedmaterial to work site upto lead of 1000 m spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with smoothwheel roller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification.
45Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tripper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.
46Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1)on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.2-1.5 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification.
47Providing and laying Bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates ofgrading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolledto achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification. VG 30 Rate of Bitumin as 3.3% by weight.
48Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification.
49Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-A) or 13.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-B) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification.Type -B VG-30 Bitumin Rate as 19 kg/sqm.
50Road Marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 grams per square meter area. Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
51Providing & fixing Cats Eye / Pavement Marker (M.M.C. vial less) made out of acrylic-styrene-acrylonitrile or hi-impact polystyrene fitted with molded of methacrylate (MMC) reflector cube corner reflector design, filled with tightly adhering potting compound as per ASTMD 788 size 8 cmX8 cmX1.5 cm provided with bituminous adhesive in sufficient quantity with each unit for fixing no nail should be allowed for fixing Reflectors on both sides minimum reflective area 12.9 Sq.cm on each face. Compressive strength 13 tonnes at 230 C temperature (B) Double Side lenses.
52Hazard Marker Sign :-Providing and fixing sign boards made out of l.5mm aluminium sheet / 3mm ACP (Aluminum composite Panel); size 90x30 cms. rectangular as per design of IRC-67-2012. Pre treated with phospheting process & acid etching; coated with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of best quality epoxy paint ;reflectorised with Micro Prismatic Grade retro refiective sheeting of Type-11 as per ASTM D 4956 and latest M.O.S.T.Specifications; 1.8mtr long stand post of 75 x 75 x 6mm / 65NB Circular MS Pipe as required and frame fabricated from suitable size iron angle of 35 x 35 x 3mm; painted with best quality epoxy coatings in black and white bends. The details of symbol for each board shall be as per the instruction of engineer in charge. The fixing at site shall be in 1:2:4 CC block of size 45 x 45 x 60 cms. for each leg.including excavation, curing etc. complete under the supervision of engineer in charge. A warranty for 10 years for the Retro reflective sheeting from original manufacturer & a certified copy of 3 year outdoor exposure test report from third party test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by contractor. (A) Class-C Type-11 Retro Reflective sheeting

The fixing at site shall be in 1:2:4 CC blockof size 45 x 45 x 60 Cms. for each leg including excavation, curing etc.complete under the supervision of engineer in charge. 54Providing and fixing of a typical design of PMGSY Informatory Sign Board “The board will be a composite unit consisting of three plates of Aluminum Composite Materials (ACM), material specifications as per Clause 1701.3.7. The top most plate will be in diamond shape of 600mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The middle plate will be 1200 mm x 150 mm size riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The main lower most plate will be 1500 mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm size. Welding of all the sheets over angle iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frames of the lower most plate and the middle plate will be welded to two nos. 75 mm x 75 mm (12 SWG) sheet tubes posts placed at 1125 mm apart Centre to Centre. The top of the middle plate will be flushed with the top of 75 mm dia. medium steel tube posts and these posts will be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm below ground level. The height of bottom of the lower most plate will be 1200 mm from normal ground level and the bottom of middle plate will be 100 mm above the top level of the lower most plate. The diamond Shaped plate mounted over angle iron frame will be connected to middle plate by square medium steel section of 47 mm x 47 mm thickness 12 SWG having a spacing of 100 mm between the diamond shaped plate and middle plate and this square section will be welded to the bottom point of the diamond shaped plate. ii). the lettering and borders, etc. of middle and bottom plate, PMGSY logo on top plate shall be as per clause 1701.4.6 Messages/Borders. All the sections of frame and posts will be painted with primer and two coats of Epoxy paint. The steel tube below ground level will be painted with three coats of Epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per approved drawing.”

Pre treated with phospheting process & acid etching; coated with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of best quality epoxy paint ; reflectorised with High Intensity Prismatic Grade retro refiectivesheeting of Type-4 as per ASTM D-4956 and latest M.O.S.T.Specifications; 3.6mtr long stand post of Iron Angle 75 x 75 x 6mm / 65NB Circular MS Pipe as required and frame fabricated from suitable size iron angle of 35 x 35 x 3mm; painted with bestquality epoxy coatings in black and white bends. The details of symbol for each board shall be as per the instruction of engineer in charge. The fixing at site shall be in 1:2:4 CC blockof size 45 x 45 x 60 Cms. for each leg including excavation, curing etc.complete under the supervision of engineer in charge. A warranty for 7 years for the Retro reflective sheeting from original manufacturer & a certified copy of 3 year outdoor exposure test report from third party test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by contractor. (B) Class-B Type-4 Retro Reflective sheeting
56Providing and fixing "W" type safety barrier using M.S. iron channel 150mm x 75m x 5mm size erected at 2.0 Mt. center to center and providing "W" shaped galvanised steel sheet guard rail 3mm thick for crash barrier in single row as per detailed drawing with fabrication and installation charges including providing foundation block of size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.75 Mt. in C.C. 1:2:4 and oil painting two coats with one coat of red oxide etc complete.
57Providing and laying of Extruded 30 KN as per apprival design and specification with accessories like tie strips, nuts & bolts and loops / luge for joining reinforcing elements with the facia , Pannels and overlaps and other protective elements as per detailed specification.

59Construction of temporary diversion with 7.50 m wide formation width & 5.50 m wide paved with necessary traffic safety devices as per IRC SP:55 having specified road crust of 200mm thick GSB, 200mm thick WMM , prime coat ,tack coat & 20mm thick MSS including surface necessary pavement markings including both side continuous edge marking/ center marking with thermoplastic paint and road studs at every 18m intervals on both edges with necessary portable barricades with retro reflective paint in alternative yellow and white strips , construction zone signs covering advance waring zone , approach transition zone, work zone and terminal transition zone, necessary regulatory, warning and information signs , required red lanterns or warning lights with all signages having retro reflective sheet of high intensive grade and providing necessary 900mm dia 12 rows double row NP3 pipes and maintaning the same through out construction period till completion of project of project of project and including final dismantling and disposal of the same.
