V Clause No. 111, 112, 305.

62Granular Sub-base with Graded Material (Table:- 400-1) - By Mix in Place Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 as per MORTH Specification ) - for grading- VMaterial as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 401 & 900.
63Providing and Laying Wet Mix Macadam Base Course of 250mm thickness in two layers of 125mm each or else as specified on the prepared sub-base with graded stone aggregate and granular materials of quality size and grading placed in layers as specified including mixing in Base Mix Palnt, spreading in uniform layer in motor grader and compacting with Vibrating Roller of 80 to 100KN static weight and fine dressing for required grade and cross slopes as shown on the drawing, equipement safety measures, testing and incidentals necessary to complete the work as per Technical Specification as per Clause 406 and of MORTH V Revision as directed by Engineeras per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 406 & 900.
64Providingand spraying of PRIME COAT using Bitumen Emulsion SS-1 at the rate of 7Kg per 10Sqm over the WMM surface including clearing of road surface and sprayingas per Clause 503 of MORT&Hand directed by the Engineer as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112,502 &900 .
65Providingand spraying of TACK COAT using bituminous emulsion RS 1 at the rate of 2.50Kg per 10Sqm over the Prime coat of WMM surface including clearing of road surface and sprayingas per Clause 503 of MORT&Hand directed by the Engineer as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 503 & 900.
66Providing laying and rolling of Close Graded Premix Carpet of compacted 20mm thickness using using 0.0162 cum of 13.20-11.20mm, 0.1404 cum of 11.2-5.6mm, 0.0729 cum of 5.60-2.80mm, 0.0405 cum of 2.80mm and below (Type B) graded HBG metal using 19kg of VG30 bitumen for 10sqm including premixing at CMP, conveyance by tipper lorry, laying by paver finisher and rolling by Vibratory Roller including cost and conveyance of all materials, hire charges of all T&P all labour charges, fuel and and all other incidental charges etc., Complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 508 of MORTH Rev-5
67Supply and hoisting of RCC NP3 class pipes of 1000mm dia standard length supplied by the Contractor at his own cost specified below confirming to IS 458 / 2003 cost of pipe as a finished workincluding all other incidental charges, testing charges, including loading and unloading, transport and delivery in good condition at work site as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete as per MORTH specication Rev. V for forming forDiversion Road
