| 1 | Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) Repair, replacement, maintenance and operation of Medical Gas Pipeline System and all manifolds of this hospital for the duration of 1 year. (a) All manifold (10 NOs) including manifolds rooms with vacuumplant, compressed air system with accessories at different ward/depts. Are to be maintained, repaired and operated as necessary to keep the MGPS network functioning round the clock. (b) All the Copper/Aluminium wire/pipe connected between LMOs/OGPs and patient oxygen bed are to be maintained, operated and repaired as necessary round the clock to avoid disruption of the service. (c) To provide skilled/semi-skilled man power on call for general maintenance, operation and to attend any complaints connected with MGPS network and its ancillary connection. (d) Maintenance of underground copper pipe where ever laid are to be repair and maintained. (e) All spare parts are required will be purchased having ISI mark and repaired immediately. (f) To maintain all the connecting networks from each manifold to patient oxygen bed including bed side panel consisting of 03X coloured coded pipe for continuous oxygen supply (at present 365 oxygenated beds). (g) To maintain constant pressure adjustment,maintain various pressure gauges, valve and various filters in the networks including of all OGPS/LMO. (h) Daily general check up for gas leakage and keeps a constant vigil for any kind of fire hazard and necessary precaution to be taken as required to prevent such incident. (j) All the spares items and replacement of components of the MGPS will be covered under this CAMC. |
