DB shall be mounted either in a concealed way or in suitable frame fabricated by suitable MS angle frame (50 x 50 x 6),epoxy painted(primer + 2 coats) and properly fixed on wall by the contractor , The incomer PVC armoured cable (up to 4 * 50 Sq.mm) outgoing flexible copper cables of 4 Sq.mm, earth cables of size 2.5 Sq.mm for power circuit through 40 A DP to each quarters and out going for staircase and Car shed shall be glanded /terminated and connected using suitable cable lugs /clamps /ties . All Required structural items, DB with DP/MCB s, flexible glands ,suitable PVC Conduits etc, shall be in the scope of the contractor. Existing in-put armoured cable can be used for main supply from Pillar Box . If incomer cable length is not adequate for termination in DB, Cable should be jointed with copper/aluminium flexible cable of size similar to incomer cable by proper lug/ferrules by providing suitable joint box near DB , This also be in the scope of the contractor.All the MCBs,Isolators,RCCBs used inDB should be of Same Brand as of DB Used for this Work. Preparation and fixing of modular switch boards,switches, cover plates, dummy plates, Etc fixing of ceiling roses on suitable junction boxes , modular step type regulators for fan, drawing of 1.5 Sq.mm earth wires of flexible copper wire of green colour for body earthing of metal clad items ,connecting, testing and commissioning . For wire length greater than 10 m shall be considered as one and half point .
