| 2 | Periodical Supervision charge for electrical installation/mechanical installationby licensed electrician / electrical supervisor with valid workmanship permit and engaging skilled mechanic and helper ( for Pumps, pr. Filter,blower, chemical dosing pump etc.) including incidental charges as per direction. |
| 3 | Day to day maintenance for upkeepment of all electrical & mechanical installation by engaging licensed electrician / machanic as and when required bySupplying all necessary material including cost of supply of Chlorine Test kitrequired to execute maintenance as well as guarding work and gardening work. |
