Fairleads, fix up the longitudinal & vertical fender with best quality Steel fender (half round pipe)size 200mm dia., Stainless Steel railing consist of 38mm dia and 900mm height vertical, 50mm dia top rail, 3 (three) nos 19mm dia horizontal Strainless steel pipe and base/cover plate with Strainless Steel GRADE 304,with all fitting & fixtures in accordance with approved drawing of pontoon. The fender are to be painted with 3 coats. Internal structural members, vertical support, deck doubler in accordance with ship building practice & approved drawings. to fabricate the pontoon will be launched after completion of fabrication and obtaining certificate from appropriate authority. Sand blasting of outer hull & deck with fittings prior to apply initial primer coating under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.The pontoon under water hull has to be painted with 2 coats of anticorrosive zinc chromate red & final 2 coats with shalimar BIPIGUARD (tuff coat) black base paints (Marine Grade)& one coat antifouling paint prior to launching.The pontoondeck shall be with painted with anti skid paint (Marine grade) of approved quality.The pontoon external hull area including deck, fittings & internal void spaces shall be painted with 2-coats Tuffkote Red Oxide Zinc Chromate Primer , final 2 coat BIPIGARD / EPIGARD. Sacrificial anode (Zn) to be fitted 20 nos under water hull of the pontoon. Pontoon shall be launched after completion of fabrication, under water hullpaintings & obtaining launching permision from Surveyor (IWT Dte). Fabrication, fixing of deck fittings & paintings of pontoon will be carried out under instruction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
4After descaling & painting U-2 grade good quality anchor chains of 40.0 mm? - 42.0mm? along with test certificate & joining "D" shackles shall supply at site for mooring the pontoon at desired location under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
5D" shackle / swivel shall supply & delivered at site for mooring the pontoon at desired location under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
6Supply & deliveredat site good quality with or without stock steel anchor of 3.0 to 3.5 MT along with "D" shackle / swivel shall supply & deliverat site for mooring the pontoon at desired location under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
7Two (2) Nos. R.C.C shore mooring bollards of 1.0 m3 each with 3 nos. rail piles in a 1.0 m3 4.0 mm thick steel box with necessary RCC materials including shuttering shall be constructed at approved location / position on the bank of river under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
8The pontoon along gangway with yoke, mooring gears fittings / fixtures shall beloaded on board for towing from ship building yard to Jetty installation site. The installation of the pontoon shall be under taken complying with river LWL & HWL, bore tide, Jetty site condition with reference to embakment under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
9Structural Steel Gangway. ( Size - L-30.0 M x B-3.5 M x D-2.9 M) (Including Ramp On Pontoon)
10Designing, supplying, testing material (physical & chemical), fabricate with approved electrode (ESAB make or equivalent )as per Ship building practice and approved design & drawings at approved location all steel (IS:2062:Grade A & B) gangway with top & bottom chords, verticals, diagonals, Ford & Aft tie, top & bottom X girders, top & bottom wind bracings, ISMC & ISA, gussets, bracket and sections joining doublers. Sand Blasting with applying initial primer coating & Painting, gangway and yoke assemblies should be painted with 2-coats Marine Guard anticorrosive Zinc chromate Red & final 3-coats Aluminum.Fabrication of gangway, Fiting of Stainless Steel railing consist of 38mm dia and 900mm height vertical, 50mm dia top rail, 3 (three) nos 19mm dia horizontal Strainless steel pipe and base/cover plate with Stainless Steel GRADE 304 and other fittings & fixtures and painting are to be carried out under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.The fabricated Gangway will be loaded on pontoon & lashed properly for towing to Jetty installation site under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Also fabricate yoke rollers resting base, gangway rollers (a bush made of brass to be fit inside the roller and a greasing point to make) and yoke holding brackets, flaps with hinges between gangway & link platform, awning shed including ramp to construct as per drawing for embarkation and disembarkation from gangway to pontoon deck.
11Manufacture & supply as per approved drawings yoke base (CI grade : 40), forged steel yoke pin with nut, yoke rollers, Gangway rollers with pin (IS : 1875 class IVA) & place on board the pontoon for towing to installation site & 4 nos high tensile / HSFG bolts & nuts for yoke base for installation at site (8.8 Gr or 10.9 Gr. as per IS :1367 Part 3&6) under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
12The Gangway shall be secured with pontoon bollards with"D" shakle under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
13The Gangway shall be secured with pontoon bollards with 24.0 mm ? stud link chain under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
14Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro- reflectorised sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing and Clause 801 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision)..
15Supply, fitting & fixing of roofing sheet of colour coated 0.45 mm Base metal Thickness (BMT) (0.53 mm Total P Thickness excluding paint(TPT) of 700 mm effective cover width, 43 mm deep rib spaced at 233 mm c/c along with micro stiffeners perpendicular to ribs for strength. The steel sheet shall have minimum yield strength of 550 MPa, metallic coated of Zincalume, Aluminium Zinc alloy AZ150, conforms to IS15961, pre-painted with inorganic pigments super durable plyester (SDP) colorbond xrw(exterior roofing and walling) with higher SRI (solar reflective index) value Thermatech technology conforms to IS 15965 class 3. The sheets shall be fixed to every purlin by means of clips -KL70. The KL-70 shall be fastened with nominal 70mm zinc coated or nominal 25 mm zinc-tin alloy coated, Hex head, self-drilling screw as per AS 3566-2002 Class 3 fasteners. The profile sheet shall be of same parent of coil. The profile sheet, fastener size etc. shall be approved by the concern authority. The measurement shall be based on finished/covered surface area.

18Construction of Temporary Island by construction of outer annular layer with two rows of bullahs, suitable spaced, of dia. not less than 150 mm, driven at least half of the total length, properly tied, braced and supported and filling the annular space with sand / soil filled bags, protected by drum sheet walling on both side and filling the core portion with locally available materials including the dismantling, removing and cleaning the site of the construction of main component of the structure. 20Providing Bored Cast-in-situ M-25 grade R.C.C. pile in position as per specifications in all kinds of soil including cost of boring using drilling mud to stabilize the bore and flushing the bore of excess mud with freshly prepared drilling fluid by using pumps prior to placing concrete by tremie pipe in one continuous operation and including the cost of all materials and labour for placing of concrete and also including the cost of mobilization and hire charges of all equipment necessary for boring, welding of reinforcement cage as necessary and lowering ofreinforcement cage, preparation and placing of concrete, including the cost of concrete but excluding the cost of reinforcement and labour for bending binding etc. complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and removal of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m. 21Provide, supplying, fitting, fixing of MS casing pipe around RCC cast-in-situ bored piles of different diameters in position including cost of all materials, fabrication, handling etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 6 mm thick casing: 600 mm. diameter pile.

24Performing High Strain Dynamic Pile Load testing by using Pile Driving Analyzer as per IRC: 78-2014 standard procedure with a hammer of suitable weight (1-2% of the test load or 5-7% of the dead load on the pile or suitable energy as decided by Engineer-in charge). 25Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed.
