    Tender For Ultrasonic Cleaner Sonicator should have advanced MOSFET technology in generation of ultra-sonic waves. Sonicator should have various operation mode like degassing, cleaning, sweep modes Should be built in microprocessor controller with MOSFET based technology Tank material should be S.S.304 grade, 19 gauge dia. pressed with rounded corners, Thickness is approx. Imm, deep drawn, buffed & polish Transducer should be PZT sandwich type bonded on base of tank with welbond technique. PZT crystals used are of M/s. Morgan Matrac U.K. making. Construction of Ultrasonic generator & S.S. Transducerised tank are housed in Single S. S. cabinet with S. S. panels. Ultra sonic generator -SMPS based design with auto tuning. It has one module of 50watts delivering 50 watts of average ultrasonic power. Built in digital thermometer and timer to set an optimum condition for cleaning Ultra Sonic bath should be supplied with wire mesh SS basket and Lid Volume capacity should be minimum of 3 Ltr Temperature range should be Room temperature to 70 degree or better Bath dimension should be with in 200L x 150Wx 100 H in mm Basket size should be with in 180 x 30 x 60 (LxWxH in mm) Ultra sonic power should be 100 Watts or better Timer range should be 0-60 minute minimum or better Frequency 30±3 KHz Electric supply 230 V.A.C.,50 Hz, 1Phase Equipment should be delivered with Main Unit with Lid, Basket, Fuse set, user manual power cable etc.. Warranty 1 year
