The vendor will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing Suprabhat Washrooms to identify the specific requirements for modification and renovation of the Suprabhat First floor washrooms. 2. The vendor will collaborate with the client to develop a design and renovation plan that aligns with the clients objectives, budget, and aesthetic preferences, and will be responsible for securing any required permits and approvals. 3. The vendor will manage the demolition phase, including the removal and proper disposal of existing fixtures, fittings, and materials that are to be replaced, and they will prepare the workspace for renovation. 4. Structural and utility work will be addressed by the vendor, with a focus on resolving any structural issues and upgrading or replacing plumbing and electrical systems as necessary. 5. Installation of new fixtures and fittings, including sinks, toilets, urinals, faucets, mirrors, and other accessories, will be carried out according to the design plan. 6. The vendor will apply new wall and ceiling finishes, such as paint or tiles, and install new flooring materials to enhance the visual appeal of the washrooms. 7. Ensuring accessibility and safety, the vendor will make certain that the renovated washrooms comply with relevant accessibility standards, incorporating safety features as needed. 8. The ventilation systems will be modified or installed to maintain optimal air quality and comfort within the washrooms. 9. Regular inspections and quality control measures will be implemented by the vendor to ensure that the renovation work meets quality standards and adheres to all applicable regulations. 10. Once the renovation is complete, the vendor will conduct a thorough cleaning of the washrooms, removing debris, and will install any additional decorative elements and signage as specified in the design plan. 11. The vendor will facilitate the handover of the completed project to the client and provide instructions and training on the maintenance and operation of the new fixtures and systems. 12. Offering a warranty for the work completed the vendor will provide information on maintenance requirements and schedules to the client for ongoing care. 13. Proper project documentation, including plans, permits, and inspection reports, will be maintained throughout the project by the vendor. 14. Project management will be overseen by the vendor, with a designated project manager responsible for coordinating the renovation and serving as the primary point of contact with the client. 15. The vendor will manage the project budget, track expenses, and provide regular cost updates to the client to ensure budget adherence. 16. Effective communication will be maintained by the vendor, with regular updates and responsiveness to the clients needs, concerns, and changes throughout the project. Scope of Work- AMNSI:- • To get delivery of services. • Site supervision and work quality assessment conducted by the designated area in charge. • Authority to halt service immediately if work quality does not meet established standards. Specific Penalty for nonperformance by vendor and must be cardinally measured: Yes • 1% of bill in case of delay of delivery /quality issue. • Absenteeism and Late Attendance: To foster punctuality and attendance adherence, a penalty of Rs 2000 per instance will be implemented for unexcused absences and instances of late attendance without prior notice. • Irregular Manpower Attendance: In the interest of maintaining an efficient workforce, a similar penalty of Rs 2000 will apply for irregular attendance patterns or unsanctioned changes to assigned schedules. • Theft Cases: Instances of theft undermine our trust and integrity; therefore, a penalty of Rs5000 will be incurred in such cases.
