2Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finishing the surface even & fair faces without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
3Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water and applying twocoats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour byusing paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
4Material and labourfor 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other thanfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall and finishing even & smooth but without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
5Material and labour three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
6Material and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on brick work or concrete surfaces as in ceiling finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
7Material and Labour for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and apply three coats of white wash on walls, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
8Demolition of RCC as in roof slabs (other than ground floors), beams, stair case, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Schedule of credit of scrap iron shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and the copy of BOO duly countersigned by GE shall be enclosed with final Bill.
9Material and Labour for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
10Material and labour for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slabs, landings, parapet, chajjas and similar work not exc 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) of flatrough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
11Material and Labour for RCC M-20, 1:1½: 3 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls, lintel beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, deck slabs and in shelves, parapet, chajjas and the like.(Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge
12Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets fixed in any position with nails fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
13Supply and fixing Gl powder coated frame work 605 mm X 605 mm for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20mm and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre and duly suspended with 4mm GI wire hangers (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long including providing 600mmx600mmx6-7mm thick board in false ceiling with aluminium profile sheet on top side and PVC profile sheet on bottom side fixed in grid as per manufacturer specification and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

16Material and Labour for precast cement concrete louvers and jallies set in CM 1:4 type B-0 1:3:6 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
17Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
18Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
19Material and labour Brickwork with sub class "B" old size Fly Ashbricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
20Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

31Dismantling of kota stone, stone slabs,chequered tiles, interlocking tiles , stone any type, laid flat of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortar including removing rubbish material from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
32Material and Labour for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigments, 25cm x 25cm x 20mm to 22mm thick, machine pressed, coloured & design as approved, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors etc; laid over & including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:4), with and including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note:- The cost of liquid water proofing compound is included in the quoted rate.Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
33Material and labour for granite (of any type) work 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granitelaid over and including15 mm thick screed in cement mortar(1:4)and finish the surface rough to receive the tile complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Sample of granite for Shade and type shall be approved by GE before procurement.
34Material and labour18-20 mm thick any colour of marble work(table rubbered and polished) in floor, cooking plateform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigmentslaid over andincluding 15mm thick screed bedding/plaster in CM 1:4, colour and design as approvedcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.
35Material and Labour for 18-22 mmthick Kota stone slab as approved by GEflooring, mirror polished laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3 Kg/ Sqm mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
36Material and Labour for machine cut kota stone slab as approved by GE as in vertical surfaces, 18-22 mm thick laid overand including 10 mm thick rendering inCM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3 Kg/ Sqm mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
37Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level of any description and in any position including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

41Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade colour and pattern as approved by GE with grey cement and nopigmentcomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
42Material and labour for Sand filling under interlocking tiles including consolidationcomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

45Note:-The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule "A"/BOQ.
