All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey shade 7035. 13Returning, filling in, of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cmcomplete all as specified and as directed .
14Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50M and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point completeall as specified and as directed
15Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cableincludingspreading and punning down to requirred thickness complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Thickness of sand cushioning after punning down shall be measured for payment purpose)
16Supply and laying PCC cable cover class LVtype 1 flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laidin trenches for protection of under ground cable all as specified and as directed.
17Supply and laying and testing under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Earth work, PCC cable cover protection and sand cushioning will be measured and paid separately under respective item.)
18Supply and laying and testing under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Earth work, PCC cable cover protection and sand cushioning will be measured and paid separately under respective item.)
19Supply and laying and testing under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc including taking down unservicable cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Earth work, PCC cable cover protection and sand cushioningwill be measured and paid separately under respective item.)
20Supply and laying and testing under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 150 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Earth work, PCC cable cover protection and sand cushioning will be measured and paid separately under respective item.)
21Supply and laying and testing under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 300 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Earth work, PCC cable cover protection and sand cushioning will be measured and paid separately under respective item.)
22Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised earthing lead of GI strip of 32 x 6mmby means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Earth lead upto a length of 7.50 m from earthplate shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.)
