NOTEPer Metric Ton (1,000 kg) rates shall be quoted by the bidder. Bidders should also enter the Freight Charges and any others taxes as applicable of Government of India & Government of Tripura (if any). If the bidder should quote 0 (Zero) in Freight charges column (i.e. column no 6) in the BOQ. The bids would be treated as canceled/invalid.If any bidder quotes NIL value, the bid shall be treated as unresponsive and will not be considered.
