| 6 | Supply & Replacement of 33 Kv disc Insulators string made by Polymer (FRP)complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc in place of damaged string insulator including disconnecting the conductor from damaged disc insulator at cut point. stringing back the disconnected conductor after replacement of new disc insulator with suitable gripper & pin to the minimum sag level including making the connection with suitable binding wire etc as required. |
| 7 | Supply & Replacement of 33 kVPolymer (FRP) pin Insulator in place of damaged insulator including pin bolt with double nuts, washer etc as required as per the specification. |
| 8 | supply & Replacements of one set (3 No.s) of 9KV lighnting arrester in place of damaged ones. |
| 9 | Disconnecting damaged conductor / conductor with over sag from the insulators at cut points and making the joints and re connecting repaired conductor. |
| 10 | Straightening the tilted poles by excavating the soil to required depth after disconnecting the pole from the line conductors and then straightening the pole. |
| 11 | Greasing of all moving parts of AB switches. |
| 12 | Removing the damaged pole by excavating the pit around the pole, after disconnecting the cross arm, insulators, line conductors and refilling the pit. |
| 13 | Supply & Erection of New RCC of grade 1:2:4 for 33KV line pole of Tappered in shape with 460mm x 150mm size at bottom and 150mm x 150mm size at top (Reinforcement for RCC pole to be provided as per the NPDCL speccifications) with a over all length of 9.1mtr. |
| 14 | Supply & Erection of Stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20mm dia X 1.8mtr long stay rod. |
| 15 | Carring-out the total 11KV Overhead line patroling once in a month from colony to 2-pole structure for listing-out the deficiences in the line. |
| 16 | Replacement & erection of new RCC poles inplace ofExisting Old/Obsolete RCC Pole at cut points with set of 4Poles having length of9.1 mts.and 460mm width , 150mm thickness at bottom and 150x150mm size at top for main pole supported with 4 nos. Shut Polespositioned opposite to pulling force of line conductors (as counter force) in a pit of 0.6x0.6 Mts size and depth 2/1.75 mts. with 1:3:6 PCC etc.,including fixing the cross arm, insulators, connecting the line conductor to the Insulator strings etc.,as per the standard procedure. |
