34	M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping of white wash surfaces of walls (Plastered or un-plastered) including cormices pilasters etc and using wall care putty to fill the voids and applying two coats of oil bound distemper and finished another one coat with spunge roller including one coat of alkali resistant priming paint before distempering complete all as specified and directed.

36	M & L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
37	M & L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
38	M & L for applyingone coat of 85/25 grade hot bitumen @ 0.7 Kg per Sqm over a coat of bituminious primer @ 5 Kg per Sqm complete in all respect as specified and directed
39	M & L for polythene film, 150 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.
40	S&F in repair wire netting of galvanised steel wire 0.43mm dia of 1.18mm size of mesh fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire stapl and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanized staples in wooden/steel sections including necessary new second class hard wood wooden beadings of existing shape and size or welding/ new nut and bolt required complete in all respect as specified and directed.
41	Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed.
42	Supply & fix sheet glass, ordinary quality, 4 mm thick and glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.
43	S & F 4 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty or fixed with beads in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.
44	Supply and fix solid PVC door frames of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
45	S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC "C" channel haivng a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and botom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rails; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame weloded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete in all respcet as specified and directed.
